Probably my fault. I'd talked about getting an ice cream cake , that's all I wanted and I mentioned that plenty of times..but the fast talking lady sold me a cookie cake over the phone. When I found out what they'd made for me instead, she was aggressive and pretty adamant in pointing out it was my fault. (my mistake in misunderstanding it was not an ice cream cake) I could see she was doing this in front of her manager and peers to save face, and maybe feared her job. I could have just walked away without the cake, but I purchased it still, or God knows they may have taken it from her salary. I hope young lady that if you're reading this, please be kind to others and polite to your customers....

This was our first time in and we absolutely loved it. The ice cream was fantastic and the cookies were great as well...one of my daughters got the raspberry and it was very tart. She loves raspberry but this was too tart for her. I went to order another one for her and was more than willing to pay, but was told I could not. I've been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and I love seeing this level of service!! The 2 ladies in the building were very welcoming and helped us through the process as it was oir first time. Visit time was 430 as I didn't get names I hope they will be recognized for their attention to detail and there above and beyond...

Very disappointed with customer service here. I have been trying to place a cake order online for a few days and it wouldn't go through and said to contact the store directly. Online it says orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance. I decided to call before hitting the 48 hours. I was told I couldn't place the order by the person who took my call, her manager, and the cake decorator herself because they are busy. If you cannot fulfill what your website says, the change it. I will be contacting the parent...
