I used to enjoy coming here for an occasional treat, but over the last couple of years, the price went up and the quality went down. I order the same drink every time, but the last 5+ times, there has consistently been some issue. Sometimes it was minor and I could overlook it. E.g., I'd get sprinkle toppings when I asked for no sprinkles. But a couple of times, the drink was completely wrong... e.g., an Americano with some random flavored syrup when I ordered a latte. And the last time, the drink was just cold. It was like drinking cold chocolate milk instead of a hot Milky Way latte. Unfortunately, I'm usually out the door and down the road before I realize that there is a problem.

The tea was great, but all that takes is pouring hot water over a bag... the cappuccino was disgusting. It was painfully obvious they were using regular (and low-grade) coffee beans for the espresso, not espresso beans.
It was so awful I just threw it in the trash.
They have a lot of ridiculous junk for sale (beanie babies, marbles, etc.) with a handful of neat items.
The management needs to go visit some real D/FW area coffee shops to get an idea of what a coffee shop ought to be like: Fourteen-Eighteen (amazing), White Rock Coffee (low end of the list, but better than this...
