Great food. The best Mexican I've come across, but I'm Dutch. Only reason I give it 4 stars is they haven't figured out how to stream line their service. I don't think any of the servers have been trained by a larger restaurant, who would know how serve this high volume efficiently. This business would thrive on faster table turnover rate. I'm positive people don't come if they don't have an hour to spend. The temperament of servers is sometimes in question because of the chaos, and customers lose their cool because of it. Service Advice:

  1. wait on a single section at a time and not just one table at a time. You will do less running around and actually be quicker at serving your section. Bring a tables bill, with another tables chips/drinks. Never make a trip out on the floor for just one thing.
  2. Bring the bill to the table soon after the food has been delivered, and take the payment while people are sitting down.

The long lines at the cash register when you leave is a big drag on the experience. Make use of time while the customer is eating to pay their bill. Food runners should ask if the table wants more chips when the meal is brought out, while reminding customer of the extra charge. If they do want extra chips, add it to the bill, but the food runner needs to remove the tables bill from the pile at the register and place it in a 'location to be delivered' spot. Then the server in that section can bring it to the table on there way out to another table. A faster, and easier service experience would help for sure. All the low ratings posted here, is on service. Cmon, you can do better, and it'll be easier on...

First and last time we will ever go there. Went on a Wednesday evening, the waiter brought us chips and 2 squeeze bottles of salsa, the bottles were very sticky and gross, chips were almost stale. We should have taken this as a clue to leave. We ordered 2 wet burritos. The food is served on styrofoam plates with cheap plastic utensils stabbed into the food. Our food was barely warm. Drinks are cans with cups of ice that you fill yourself. It was a joke trying to cut through a burrito with a plastic knife. My shredded beef was slimy, I had to turn my plate around so I couldn't see it because it grossed me out so bad, there was absolutely no cheese in the burrito nor did we receive sour cream. The food was flavorless. My hubby only ate 1/4 of burrito and he's a big eater, he came home and had a bowl of cereal. BEWARE, prices shown in the menu are for cash only, and they don't tell you this until your paying at the register and again never asked how our meal was. $32 and we left hungry.....

Not...

First and last time we'll go there. Went on a Tuesday evening. Waitress brought us chips and 2 squeeze bottles of salsa. Should have been our first clue to run out. Ordered steak wet burrito and Amber con Cameron. Food arrived on Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils stabbed in the food. Food was barely lukewarm. It was a joke trying to cut tough steak with a plastic knife. It was like eating jerky. There was no cheese in the burrito. The chicken and pork were dry and hard. Shrimp was tolerable. The rice was orange colored minute rice. Don't even ask about the refried beans and grilled vegetables. The food was flavorless. I tried to add salsa to give it some flavor but it was futile. Hubby could choke down 1/4 of burrito then gave up. I ate the shrimp and flour tortilla. Waitress never came back to the table and ask how things were or if we needed anything else. Paid at the register and again never asked how our meal was. $38 and...

This place use to sell really good tacos back then, but for some reason their food quality has been lacking lately. Decided to do take out for some tacos de asada and Al pastor since I didn’t have time to cook at home that night when I arrive home to eat them I was disappointed! Season was okay and the Al pastor was not pork. The tortillas were so dry it seemed liked they just placed it on the plancha for a few seconds and wrapped it up and the taco meat comes in big chunks! I’v had way better tacos in the past from small vendors who does them in their backyard with quality, moisturized , affordable pricing and perfect seasoning. I do hope this place focus more on quality than quantity in the future.

If it's your first time there, you just go in and sit down. the waiter will be with you soon. They bring you chips, and they have ketchup bottles with salsa and green mild salsa for the chips. What was good? Rice, tamales, chips. I had steak taco, big chunks of steak with great flavor, but unfortunately, it was really tough to chew. My wife had chicken taco, and the chicken was dry. The portion size was big. Waitress was fast. Since we don't speak Spanish, there was a little bit of a language barrier, but we figured it out. Nice big seating area. When it comes to pay, ask your Waitress for what number you are, and then you tell the cashier that number, and she will have your receipt.

The BEST authentic Mexican restaurant around! It seriously does not get any better than this. Our go to is the Alambre (with shrimp!). Served with corn tortillas and a plate of roasted onions/jalapenos. One order is large enough for the two of us.. especially since they deliver a basket of fresh chips and salsa as soon as your seated. The service is always fantastic and the food is phenomenal. Easily one of our favorite restaurants in the area!
