This location is the one off of State Hill Road in Wyomissing, and not to be confused with the one on the 2nd floor at the Berkshire Mall. I Love this place! The ladies are warm and inviting. The GM Ms. Ortiz is phenomenal! The prices have gone up like everything else, therefore we wait for the Buy 2 get 1 deal, or like today (Monday), July 10 - 23 the last day of their BoGO deal! it was crazy busy and swamped, and when I teased Ms. Ortiz she still gave me a beautiful smile! Please download the app, order and pay on the app, and you save so much time. Today, I had lunch with my Partner, Daughter & GrandDaughter Autumn, and we had a wonderful time sitting outside the main entrance on the picnic table. I usually stop by with my son Alexander. This location is the only reason I'll even still eat Subway. I am very picky and they make the sandwich exactly how I ask, even if it may be annoying. I've even ordered them on Grubhub and can't ask for my mods on there but still comes pretty decent if not a little under toasted for my liking, but still warm and well wrapped. This is also the cleanest Subway I've ever been in, whoever owns it clearly takes pride in their place and has a wonderful staff. The fact it's so consistent even using delivery apps is very telling. I switched from Doordash to Grubhub JUST so I can choose this location. I just had surgery and can't cook and have been living off this Subway in the meantime. The sandwich artist I had horrible listening skills. I used my outside voice since there was a long line, and there was additional noise. I ended up having to repeat myself multiple times per ingredient. The other customers behind me looked at me like "whats wrong with this kid". To describe the sandwich artist's work would be like explaining a Picasso. The triangles of cheese were placed in random fashion on one side of the sandwich. When I asked him to fix the cheese twice he asked me to verify the type of cheese. It was a lost cause. I did get my sandwich for half price because the rest of the staff were arguing about who was getting which sandwich. I had to even out the ingredients since they were mostly piled up in the middle.
