Taco Bell — Restaurant in Yadkinville

I always go here and never had a problem getting extra potatoes. Except this ONE time. I ordered extra potatoes, paid 2$ EXTRA actually for them, it was the same Fiesta potato that my husband got Except he didn't order extra and I did. After telling the snarky teen in the window I just wanted a little extra because I paid for them, he bagged up an EMPTY container and handed to me while laughing with his Co workers. Again, never had an issue here until this one time. I'm usually not even one to complain, but this time I paid for something and didn't get it (the extra was for my daughter), with the remark of "we don't do extra potatoes " when there's an option for them online when you order. But alas, you're allowed to act that way while you're working these days. I would've gotten fired in a heartbeat when I was working at a fast food chain. Not to mention whatever new cook you have, sucks hard. Barely any meat...

I would give this Taco Bell a 0 stars if I could, I ordered a very large order and in my nachos bell grande I got had two VERY VERY old pieces of potato and was very disgusted by the experience. The manager insured me that it was an over cooked piece of potato because they switch to new ones every 15 mins? I don't think so, these potatoes had been on the floor somewhere for a very long time and had desiccated to a rock hard green nasty state. BE WARNED IF YOU EAT HERE THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE THAT HATES THE HUMAN RACE AND WILL MESS WITH YOUR FOOD. And just to be clear I am very pleasant when dealing with any fast food worker because they don't make very much money and don't deserve to be treated any way other than with your best attitude(because your food is in their hands). I have always had great service here, very rarely any concerns or disappointments, but recently I've noticed something seems to be going south at a management level. I was dining in Sunday afternoon, and had an issue with one of the items I had ordered. The 'manager' on duty, basically rolled her eyes and pretended to refund my money for that item. She didn't give me any receipt showing the refund taking place. It still hasn't been refunded to my card. I will update if and when that changes, but the attitude of the lady I talked to really leads me to believe she straight lied about that being refunded. And the item in question was one of the more expensive items...
