I was very excited when a Jamba was coming into our area! They have been having so much new staff every time Iām there. I was a regular customer going about 3 to 4 times a week and spending about 20 dollars every visit. About about a month ago I ordered 4 jamba drinks and 3 out of the 4 were done incorrectly. They tasted so bland. I waited until the next day to talk to a jamba employee about the situation. She stated both of the people making my drinks were new hires and she apologized for the inconvenience and she also stated other people complained that day about their drinks some incorrectly. She asked me what I would like and I just told her I wanted my drink to be redone ā- nothing else! She offered me 4 jamba drink coupons for the inconvenience and I told her I didnāt want them and all I wanted was my drinks done correctly. She said āplease take them for the inconvenienceā and i only took 2ā not the 4 i was offered. Fast forward to today- 6/27/19- I ordered 3 drinks- a total of $20 some dollars. Well again my drink was down incorrectly. I went inside and let them know and a gal named Lori approached me in a hostile manner and said ā my manager says your on our list and he said u have came back too many times to return drinks and if u came back and returned a drink that we can no longer serve uā. I was in total shock!!!! First, her rude approachā no customer service. Second, I have only returned one time before and not even asked for anything ā just my drink done correctly. She then said her manager said that I just wanted free drinks. That was sooo offensive. I make 250k a year ā- I donāt anything free! Then she asked what else do u want us to do the drink and I told her I just want it done correctly!! She looked at my like I was stupid. Then she said ādo u want me to call my manager?ā And I told her āyes, please.ā She then went to the back room for a few minutes and then she called another girl back there. Then after a few minutes she returned and came with a totally different attitude and mindset. She said āmy manager said just to throw it in the blender and give it back to her.ā And I told her that it was not going to fix the issue. Then she told me āIām so sorry for how u have been treated hereā I donāt know why my manager is acting this wayā then she said ā u just want your drink done correctly?ā Then I told her āyesā then she asked the boy in the drive thru what I asked on the drink and he told her. Then she started to make it then she returns me the drinks and takes another look at the receipt and says ā the boy in the drive thru told me what u wanted on the drink and I made it but he forgot to add the āmatchaā in thereā thatās why your drink is off.ā Then she says āIām so sorry for the inconvenience again- can I give your some free coupons?ā I told herā no, I donāt want your coupons because Iām not a free loader or trying to get any freebies from no one.ā Then she said ā okayā .so the drive thru took my order wrong so the drink was done incorrectly. She even asked him what i asked for and he told her but forgot to put in the system. I walked out of there in so shock and disbelief of what HAPPENED. It sickened me how this could happen to me and in Yakima. Apparently, then manager is the owner which is more shocking! His name is Joe Anderson. Iāve never experienced this before. I worked in customer service and hospitality. We own our own business so I know about how to treat people. I will make sure the Yakima Chamber, better business bureau, and affiliates of Yakima know about this matter! I would spend roughly $60 a week at this Jamba and send friends and family to this business but...

I was so pumped and excited to check out the yakima location, first of all there were like 5 employees and they were just standing in the front checking there phones and could care less to work there. The vibe in the air was blah, and jamba juice is a exciting place to be. The girls were on there phone and didn't really throw out some delicious options or even greet me. Expected more from Jamba Juice!š
P.s. The drinks were water down a bit. Hopefully the owner will response so the issue...

It doesnt matter the time of day I go, every single time I ask for a carrot juice they tell menits broken they are out of carrots or they broke it down for the day at latest 7pm they said its down for the day i asked what time would be best they say before 7pm when they close at 9pm so I got at 6pm they tell me its down by 5pm to be cleaned im sick of this store and their excuses. Something needs to get done I'm going to call...
