The Chainsaw Cat — Restaurant in Yakima

Walked in and it seemed ok. Went up to the bar and sat the bartender pouring a bottle in another bottle. Highly illegal to start with. Then I have never had a problem getting a simple lemon drop. But some how the guy didn’t know how to make it. So I then ask for a Mezcal mule. Didn’t know how to make that ether. Bathrooms were dirty I would say the only good thing about this bar was the Karaoke. Bar was died for the most part. Can’t wait for this bar to close down and something take its spot. If it were me I would move the tables out of the center and put a dance floor with stand up bar tables around it so others can watch or set their drinks down! Or clear it out and make a dance floor on the top level. A good way to make money in there, just sayinggg people in Yakima love to dance! We used to work there when it was The Lair and even then we wished it had a dance floor. 💃 🕺 Live bands of all genres would be super cool, I'll keep my eye out since I just started checking their page! We almost skipped this place due to the combinamtion of name, location, and pictures with one or two people--so glad we didn't! The staff is so friendly and fun! Karaoke was a blast! They have concerts lined up and I feel it is a great venue for music. Pretty sure this used to be an antique mall and they used all the furniture left behind to furnish the place--and it worked! Absolutely loved it....
