This Little Ceasars Pizza has the worse service ever!… I went there today and ordered two of their most common pizzas, nothing complicated. They said it would be 15 minutes, so I waited even though I had groceries, which included ice cream in the car. After 25 minutes I asked about my order and again I was told 15 minutes… They knew I had been waiting and no one moved with any sense of urgency to at least make me feel like they were working on my order…. As I stood there for 45 minutes and watched people who ordered way after me getting their order. I became upset because they could see me waiting for my order, so I asked for the a manager… The manager had zero communication skills and after expressing my displeasure, he refunded my money and walked away. Like anyone, I thought he was embarrassed about the service and refunded my money for wasting my time and there would be no charge. So after waiting an additional 10 minutes he says he never intended to give me the pizza I ordered…. I could literally hear the cook in the back mocking that I had ice cream in the car… In the end I left without any pizza! When I asked for the store manager, they said we don’t give out numbers…. When I left I was so embarrassed and angry about how I was treated. They encourage veterans to dine there and this is the way we’re treated? So I went to Westside Pizza where I received excellent customer service and my pizza with limited waiting time. I paid a little more but it’s worth it if Little Ceasars treats their...

Pizza Pizza, absolutely. Service service, not so much. Last night I treated the family to a super cheesy and pepperoni loaded pizza, we weren't disappointed in the food. Little Caesars makes a decent pizza, it didnt look terrible and was cooked.
To obtain the pizza, we thought we would call it in ahead of time because we weren't trying to wait in the parking lot. Well, whe. We arrived and there was a line, ok. The wife went in to purchase. To make this short, they had sold our pizza to the guy before her. Then told her the pizza was not in the oven.
When the food was finally prepared the staff member rang up full price. After a 20 min in the parking lot, the exact thing we were trying to avoid, this wasn't acceptable. After pointing this out and asking what was acceptable about it, the food was discounted. Apparently this was done with attitude.
It's tough to fix a mistake if you fail to own up to it and have to be told how/when to make amends. This is what makes their customer service poor. Mistakes do happen, it's how you respond to them that makes...

So this Saturday night I ordered Italian cheese bread, worker started to give me a hot n ready, I said no fresh only, he went to the belt and got one that I assumed had just come from the oven, failed to inspect again, got home, same issue, not edible, I kept to return today as I had no receipt and needed proof that I had bought one. Rude young man snapped, "that's old what did you bring it in for" , me to prove it was bad and that I had brought to prove I bought one as I did not have my receipt, again "that's old" I'm 81 not used to a rude kid snapping at me, I said this is how it looked supposedly when fresh, "so what do you want" money back or fresh one. He rudly provided fresh one. He was working alone, handling food and customers money, should be a health dept violation and he needed to show respect for his elders. Never buying Little...
