Subway — Restaurant in Yakima

I went there for lunch. I was VERY clear that I had only a hundred dollar bill. I ordered 3 sandwiches. It came to around 30$ After waiting in line for what seemed like forever, I ordered the food. After going through the whole procedure of getting the sandwiches made, ( Guy was VERY rude by the way) I was finally thinking I was done. I handed him the payment. He snorted and said something I can't repeat here . In different words he said," I don't have the change for a hundred dollars. I can't tell if that's real. I know you people have a way of making those pass the pen test. ." I just about hit him for his racist remarks. But I am a STRONG SPANISH WOMAN WHO WILL NOT BE BROUGHT DOWN...

The workers here are amazing, super helpful 🙂. The superstar of this restaurant is "Elle" with the GREEN and dark hair ponytail. She is so kind, helpful, and always has a big smile! She genuinely cares about her job and providing amazing service! I visit the restaurant at least 3 times a week and have had nothing but positive experiences from all the employees and the quality of the ingredients are much more fresh then other Subways in town. I am a delivery driver and this Subway is the best one in Yakima, by far!! Thank you Elle for going above and beyond, making customers...

Poor Service.

Called in a order of 3 subs phone order took almost 10 min to complete. 3 subs! Come on people no order is that complicated. When I arrived to pick up the order 10 to 15 min latter the lady at the counter was rude and disrespectful. Now I know its was the lunch rush hence why we called in a order but that is no reason to treat your customers the was I was treated. Oh and to top it off two out of three subs were poorly assembled and missing items. This visit is a reminder why we don't eat Subway. Rude employees and...
