Premade food!!! Food cold!!! Very disappointed!!!

This use to be the best place for breakfast.

We got up this morning and craving a breakfast burrito and drove up to Yakima to get one from one of our favorite places to eat.

Husband ordered as we were traveling so it would be ready when we got there.

Usually when we arrive the parking lot is full of vehicles. Only two vehicles were there when we arrived. I was confused, usually a full parking lot.

Husband purchased takeout order and informed me to that it has new owners.

Very disappointed to have a cold burrito that was half of the size of what we usually got and price increase.

What use to be chucks of quality meat, eggs and potatoes that were too steaming hot to eat has changed to: very tiny chopped up meat, eggs and ??. Could not tell if there was potatoes included. The contents were cold to the touch and meat, egg were chopped up into very tiny pieces that it fell out of the burrito as you took a bite. Never had this problem with prior orders, made after you placed your order, until new owners.

I feel that this burrito filling was premade and was already setting made up for sale.

That they threw our premade burrito into a white paper sack.

This was not a freshly made burrito. If it was it would have been too hot to hold.

We will never be stop here again.

Again: Very disappointed!!! COLD FOOD...

Placed order around around 6:00 a.m. Doordash arrived at restaurant around 6:30 a.m.Sent me a message saying that the restaurant had not gotten my order that their system had not updated or something. When the food finally arrived at 7:00 a.m. I ordered the Cascade Breakfast which said it had 2 eggs perfectly cooked, Three Links sausages or choice of other meat, premium white toast, and choice of hash brown or pancakes. Well it would only let you order one pancake so I had to order another one at an extra $2.50. I ordered their $5.99 milkshake. When I open the bag I had no eggs of any kind, three link sausages that looked slightly undercooked, one piece of white toast, two pancakes which actually look good, and a milkshake that was in a 12 oz cup that was filled not even all the way to the top so it was about a 10 oz milkshake for $6. Ate one of the sausages and decided not to continue ate half of the piece of toast decided not to continue focused on the pancakes and suck down the Shake in about three gulps because it was so small. I will say it was one of the worst Doordash orders I have ever placed and it cost $20. The fact that they didn't even send me the eggs which is the main part of their Cascade Breakfast is a joke. Ask me 5 months ago, I would have given 10 stars. Today I wish there was an option for less than one..So sad this fine establishment has been reduced to what it is today. Whoever the new owners are are going to run this place into the ground within a month.

Ordered 4 burgers and a side of fries and waited over an hour for the order to be ready. Upon receiving the order there was no salt on the fries, the burgers were overcooked but cold- like cheese not even melted cold, and my husband's Paul Bunyan burger was missing the ham and bacon. We placed the order in person and sat there inside waiting for our name to be called for the order. So there was no reason for anything to be cold. Also, no fry sauce. The owner/woman working there seemed to blame all the issues on the young man helping her and wasn't afraid to belittle him in front of customers.... Although it took her 10+ minutes to package 4 already done burgers....

So so sad. Pathetic.

This was our favorite burger place however we will NEVER BE BACK HERE BECAUSE THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD AT A...
