Taco Time — Restaurant in Yakima

Went to the drive thru and this older lady was picking up little with one hand and smoking a cigarette with the other. She had on a headset and started to take my order from outside.. no joke. Welcome to Taco Time in her smokers voice.. I placed my order, not knowing she was actually going to be the one that hands me my food. As soon as I placed my order from the menu board outside, I proceeded to the drive up window. As I passed the back door area, the woman took a large puff of her smoke and by the time I got to the window in my truck, she was there handing me my drink with her yellow old nails touching the top part of my drink where you put your lips. She had ZERO TIME to was her hands, so she touched my food with smokers / parking lot litter fingers. GROSS! I was immediately grossed out. I wanted to say something but I didn't want to have a confrontation with the woman. I went right to the garbage and dropped my entire bag in it and went to Chipotle. I wrote the corporate office for Taco Time but they didn't respond. I guess the customers don't matter for...

I order here frequently, recently the service has gone downhill fast. The female employee working the drive thru was outside talking to a guy in a truck. There were 2 customers in the store waiting and myself at the drive thru. She came over the speaker and in a VERY rude voice said “I HOPE YOU KNOW IT WILL BE A MINUTE” I said that was fine and she proceeded to take my order about 2 mins later. She was very annoyed by what I ordered (form what her voice sounded like it seemed) I guess 2 items was a “big order” when I finally got my order she practically threw my bag at me without asking if I had wanted any sauce or anything. SMH. The owner needs to do something about her. This used to be our GO TO spot. 🥴☹️ hoping it gets resolved quickly! As long as she’s there, we won’t go back. (Also the day before I pulled into the drive thru 25 min before they closed, 3 employees were outside messing around and that same lady went inside and said WE ARE CLOSED) 😞😞🙄🙄 very...

The lady that took our order, who I assume is also the one that was at the window and took our money and gave us our food, sounded very friendly, was extremely polite, and actually ended up knowing my boyfriend personally. So they quickly caught up with each other about how family members were doing, how work was going, and the positive direction of everyone's life in general. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. The food here is more expensive than other similar fast food places, but as far as that goes, I believe that you get what you pay for and I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food that I've received at this chain, even with the higher price point......
