Wanted to eat a great family dinner and stopped at Pizza Hut on Nobhill in Yakima, Wa.. it couldn't have been a better choice, The FOOD WAS PERFECT!. . and customer service Awesome. Now before I begin, custmore service is key and essential in any business. Without it, ther is no future for that business, in an ever competing food chain market. Not only is customer service a must, but those who are the face of this must have, (customer service) vital to returning customers. Once I walked in, the lobby was clean, bathroom clean, and counter clean. This alone is a make or break for me, and many times inhale walked in and walked out base on these 3 things. Now when I was greeted, it was with an authentic smile, which made us want to stay. 98% of a great meal is customer service and greeting you initially recieve upon arrival. Once we approached the counter Joie Thurman attended us cordially, and respectfully, and this is where it gets exciting, she directed to tables and they were sparkling clean!. . Chiars clean, floors clean and utensils clean. This one made our day. You see with all the Covid19, I have been to many reatraunts, and it seems these things have gone down, and cleanliness is not a factor to many businesses anymore in my opinion, but on this day, we found one that it did matter to. I looked through their menu, asked some questions and wala, just like that order was placed. It took about 12 minutes and we had our drinks, food, and all we needed to begin eating. Once the order hit our table, you could smell freshly baked pizza, and the aroma filled your mouth with tantalizing spices and herbs you nose was enjoying.
FIRST BITE,
AWESOME!. . and not only was the pizza great, but it was super hot!. . The way it should be. All we ate was perfect, and the continued customer service was great. Any question we had at the counter was answered and done with courtesy. Joie Thurman was a great hostess, and he ability to work fast was terrific. We would like to thank the whole night shift crew for awesome team work, and a special thank you Joie Thurman for making our visit one to remember.
We will be returning this week, and we will bring several families with us.

Read moreIf I could give a 0 star rating I so would. I went the day after Christmas with some family members there was 20 in the party and the location only had 2 people inside . I asked a nice employee if it was ok to sit with a big party she said yes. As soon as we sat down the extremely rude manager Christine asked if we had a reservation which is weird because it’s Pizza Hut lol and they host sports team that come for local games. Then we asked if we could move 1 table which 2 very sweet employees tried to help but Christine said we couldn’t have 1 extra table because it was a “fire hazard” . Where we sat there was chairs and baby chairs blocking the exit door which is a fire hazard so us needing one small table shouldn’t have been an issue considering we weren’t blocking that exit and we were bringing a good amount of business in. Some of our orders were never put in and other items were missing & The whole time we were there Christine was terrible and we will never bring our business back to this...
Read moreI placed a takeout order and went to collect it. The staff member who assisted me informed me that it would be ready shortly. I waited patiently and heard the cook call out my name. I inquired if the order was for me, but she denied it and proceeded to put it away. I reiterated my question, and she once again denied that it was my order. Approximately five minutes later, I observed her conversing with the cook and realized that she had mistaken it for a delivery order. She retrieved the order and handed it to me, stating that they were waiting for the wings to be prepared. It would have been more appropriate for her to acknowledge her error rather than provide an untruthful explanation. This experience was quite disappointing.
