Horrible customer service. I have now complained 4 weeks in a row to corporate with no intention of stopping until the owner contacts me. The owner has failed to contact me as if this posting! The kids meal had no toy. There was no warning of this or offer for a substitute, such as a icecream cone or a small french fry. Paying for a product I did not recieve is unprofessional and I would have bought a normal meal if I was made aware. I called and spoke with a manager who would not give me her name. She obviously is very immature and said what's your name. I told her my full name. She did not like my tone of voice as she threaten to end the call. Just because I stated how unprofessional it was to answer me the way she did. I seriously can not believe as being a religious company treats their guest badly. All I want is to talk with the owner. Now being so long in trying to get the owner to contact me and having corporate escalate this several times with no response, I want a food voucher for a icecream that I can use at another location besides this...

On 5/8 at approximately 9:30pm, my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru, and I got a specific order and it was completely wrong when I got to the window. I told them the correct order, and the associate responded with “well it’s already made”. I was taken back by this comment but I let it go. Then he proceeds to give us our drinks and I had said 2 large drinks at the speaker and the women had repeated back to me the correct order through the speaker. When he gave me the drinks at the window it was the wrong drink and the wrong size. I said “it was supposed to be two larges and one of them was a coke, I apologize for the inconvenience” and he said, “if you’d like a larger size we’re going to have to charge you”. Overall I still love chick fil a and I’m not going to let this one experience keep me away. Read moreHonestly I don't even know where to begin. First and foremost, the team here is a family. They rock. Every one of them is kind, caring, and genuine. I've been coming here for ages... Most exciting announcement I saw in Anaheim hills was that we were getting a Chick-fil-A!
The crew knows me by name, says hi, cares about how I'm doing. I get the same 2 sandwiches every time I come... They even start them before I order right when I walk in because they take a little longer to make.
I'd call every one of them out individually, each one of them just makes my day. A few months back, one even made me some fallout Nuka Cola caps I still keep in my stash!
I love coming here. Sure the food is good, that's a given... Come on, it's Chick-fil-A. But they nail it here, even better than any other in California.
More importantly, I leave smiling. I actually am happy coming here. Get to see people I consider friend, not just familiar faces.
