Jalapenos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Yorba Linda

Just opened! My husband and I have had Jalapenos before at their other locations and this new location is as good as we'd hoped!! We dined in, and the whole time we were there for lunch on a Saturday, it was consistently busy. The staff's energy was positive and calm, and very attentive to everyone. This location is industrial-modern, very clean and does "less is more" the right way when it comes to decor. They have everything you need, even horchata and tres leches cake. We ordered the Al Pastor burrito, the Cali burrito and medium chips. It was delicious! The burritos are good size but not huge, but you definitely get a lot of chips for the medium size. I checked out Jalapenos today with my wife. They just opened and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The food was great. You are looking at $10-20 per person probably. I had the al pastor burrito. It was excellent. I'd highly recommend. My wife enjoyed her California burrito. We ordered medium chips and got a huge bag. A small chips is probably plenty. We've eaten at a couple of other Jalapeños and loved the food. We happened to stop at Mickey D's for lunch, but I wasn't in the mood for them. My wife spotted this establishment tucked in the corner. Of course, we crossed the parking lot, and sure enough, this is one of chain. It's smaller than the others, but you can dine in or outside. The folks are just as friendly, and the food is authentic.
