We were told today, this store because its a Prime communications store can not migrate a number from a normal consumer or business account to a prepaid account. Johnny was beyond rude, was screaming at me in front of other customers. When asked for his ATTUID, He said," are you crazy that has all my credentials. Every single person we spoke to online and in the store before for the past 6 years has been able to give us their attuid and their first and last name. When I asked for his district managers email address, he was like go ahead and email him and complain about me. He will be waiting on it. The district managers email address he wrote on the card is NSandhir@primecomms.com. He didnt even care to open our account so we would get a survey. A migration does not pay you these people commision. So Johnny (NO LAST NAME) sends us to a corporate store, because he insisted that YorbaLinda's retailer store specifically can not transfer a number from consumer to prepaid. His answer to not just us but other customers who needed customer service help was we dont do this at this store you have to go to the CORP store. After reading all the reviews,If you are switching over from a different provider or add new lines or getting upgrades, or DTV or ATT internet, uverse then and then only can this store help. I have been in this place several times realizing the service or lack there of may be due in part to the particular employee. Well we are now on employee # 3 and this store remains useless.Outside of selling you a phone they can't do much as far as tech, use or programming. According to them any changes in our phones our mo cost was going up $37 a mo.HUH. Even if we outright purchased the phone. But if you deal with me (the associate) I can get you a deal, just me though nobody else can get you this deal!!! A week later ended up at a Corporate store, no problem but they were busy and could not transfer the data for the old phone. Stopped in again at the neighborhood store waited my turn to be told we don't do that here. stopped in again today to see if I can activate a new used phone on my account. They said they don't do that? What do they do? I guess JUST sell phones. Just know if you go here they will only be able to sell you something then send you down the street for any assistance....

I am getting bills from at&t for services that I'm not using from Jan 2022 and have talked to customer service quite a few times, now granted there has been some miscommunication between me and them and that's where this store comes into the picture and it gets amazing
I picked up the phone and asked the rep if they deal with home internet. The rep says yes. I told him about the problem I'm having and he says" you pay the bill of $601 if you don't want your credit to be spoilt, and I say damage is already done. And then I ask him if there's any service they provide in terms of addressing the issue and the guy cuts off the phone.
Now I know why people hate these carriers and their stores so much. When in doubt, immediately flout is their Mantra. I've had so much trouble staying on the phone with at&t customer service especially when routed to their service disconnect line that I have dropped quite a few calls after 45...
