THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE !!! SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. (Read all reviews mine isnāt the only when where customers became ill) I typically donāt write reviews but this place really earned it. To start it off, we waited 1 HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES, from the time we were seated to actually get our entrees and the place wasnāt even that crowded. Pretty ridiculous time frame to take a customers order and bring them food. THEY HAVE A 90 MINUTE PER TABLE TIME LIMIT BUT COULDNāT EVEN SERVE US IN THAT TIME. I was shocked but didnāt complain because I was there for a friends special occasion. That wasnāt the worst part, when the food did arrive, we wished it had just stayed in the kitchen instead. I was there with a few friends and we ordered different things but it was all terrible ! The flatbreads were bland, the Tri tip sandwich didnāt have much meat mostly pieces of fat, and my āhomemade brioche bunā burger, was actually more of biscuit with a burger patty it was nothing at all like the pictures, I think they ran out of buns and legit used biscuits for the burger and sandwiches . Itās really hard to mess up a cheeseburger, but they managed to do that well. Our table was full of many different entrees but all flavorless. To top it all off, there were two waitresses to serve a total of 6 tables, yet we were repeatedly ignored. They would quickly walk right passed us, and we had to flag them down and stop them to get our drinks refilled, this happened repeatedly through out the night. It was like no one wanted to come over and face us because they knew we had been sitting there for 1 hour and 40 minutes with out our entrees. The other kicker is that half of our group ended up with upset stomachs after eating here. I had horrible stomach pain all night. I wouldnāt eat here again if it was the last...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei booked the reservation for my birthday. i have celiac diseases so i was really excited to be able to go to a restaurant and know i can eat everything on the menu. i checked the menu beforehand due to my allergies and found some things i could eat. when i got to the restaurant however they werent serving some of the items. i have a serious fish allergy so that meant i couldnt eat half the menu. i called in before i came and asked if they change any of the menu items upon request and the woman i spoke to on the phone said yes if its for an allergy. i confirmed with the waitress after we were seated if moderations could be made to menu items and she said yes as long as you had an allergy. i ordered just plain flatbread with cheese because i made it clear to her i had a serious fish allergy. (the flat bread was amazing) i ordered both types of the cornbread. (they were amazing) i ordered the baked potato without bourbon bacon or sour cream, she asked if i had a pork allergy i told her no i have gastroparesis, she had me explain it and said ok we can do that. but when i got the potatoes they were covered in the bourbon bacon. i couldnt eat them. i confirmed with her that i had ordered it without and she said it wasnt an allergy so the kitchen didnt make the change. .i ordered the salt fries and they where really wet and lacked any flavor. i also ordered the mac and cheese which tasted like cheese. it didnt really have any flavor to it either. if you cant eat or fish or anything with alcohol in it i do not recommend this restaurant. i would give it a 2/10 for the flat bread and corn bread. it was shocking as they even put alcohol in there house ice cream. it really bummed me out the whole experience especially as i had saved up all of February to be able to treat myself here for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat Food, but I have called on 3 separate occasions to place an order for take out and they told me they couldn't provide take out all 3 of those times. I've been in the restaurant business for 20 years now, the past 6 as a manager. I completely understand the the nature of the beast and I always try to adhere to the "unspoken" codes of customer conduct that are appreciated throughout this industry. On all three occasions I called at least an hour to an hour and a half before the restaurant closes to place my to-go order. This wasn't a request for an order 15 minutes prior to closing time, which is very inconvenient for restaurant staff. While I do enjoy going in to dine, because of the time frame, I thought it best to order to-go on these occasions so that I wouldn't spend time in the dining room while the staff was trying to get out for the evening. Also, On two of those 3 occasions, after refusing to prepare a takeout order for us, they said it would be no problem if we wanted to come in and eat at the restaurant instead. I found it pretty odd that they would rather me come in to eat 30 minutes before they close, causing the potential for me, as a customer, to be there almost an hour past their closing time to finish my meal, as opposed to honoring a to-go order that would have been picked up half an hour before their closing time. This is an example of the importance of displaying clear and up-to-date policy in regards to the restaurant's online menus as well as online hours of operation. If you have a cutoff time you would like to enforce for take out orders, it's very very easy to update that online. I really hate doing a negative review on a restaurant but I just couldn't let...
