Starbucks — Restaurant in Yorba Linda

CONSTANT WEIRD PROBLEMS! I love to come here with my daughter and draw, read and relax...usually 2+ times a week. For some reason this place has weird numerous little problems here and there. Tonight the air conditioning kicked on at 9pm, when it was 52 degrees outside. I asked them to please turn it off and they said they have no control of it. So I had to leave!!! We had been there for an hour already when the air turned on...really a/c at night. One of the last times the music wasn’t playing all night, the time before all the trash cans were over filled and spilling over, the other time the tables were dirty, and the time before that the lights were so lowly dimmed you could barely read a book. What I don’t like, is when you go up to tell the staff, they have a little bit of an attitude, and it is always “we can’t control that”. So time to go somewhere else when I’m spending $10...

I love Starbucks...but not this one. I was in Yorba Linda visiting family over the Holidays. During that time I visited this store about 9 times. I have also been here many times since it moved locations in the parking lot. Every time the service has been painstakingly slow and inefficient.

I tried drive through, I tried going in, I tried mobile ordering from home and waiting longer than the time it said on the app...it’s always been a long wait for drinks.

I watched during each visit. Every time I watched people talk to coworkers rather than make drinks. This is the problem.

I give 2 stars because on more than one occasion the barista or cashier has greeted me with a smile and apologized for the wait. That’s good customer service...unfortunately the regular service isn’t speedy like it is most places. I much prefer going out of my way to Yorba Linda and Valley View than...

Dont go to their store if it was 8pm especially if you are an asian. I was told by police man they called only because I don't accept drive through service. The store has totally closed on 8pm even the opening time is 9pm post on the wall. Good job to tell lies to customers by the posts. The Caucasian with black glasses is so mean and very bad attitude. Is that your Starbucks cultures and proud? Shame on you.He was not trying help the customers ant all, what he good at is only make updating and intensifying conflicts worse and worse. He didn't care company and store reputation at all. Actually he is much taller than me and there were three more staffs in the store. They locked the door 1 hour earlier and refused me walk in ordering. Because I keep knocking the door they call police. I am alone there female. What he did on me...
