I've always wanted to come to this place since I moved to this area. I love how the menu provides classic American brunch options as well as Korean fusion options. Came in on a Sunday morning and it wasn't busy when I arrived. Ordered from the kiosk by ourselves and included a good amount of tip in the payment. We sat outdoors at the patio. Food came pretty fast and everything tasted nice. We ordered a traditional American brunch with croissant waffle, a bulgogi burrito, a side fruit cup, two drinks. Everything seems nice but we didn't receive any kind of service. When a staff came and brought food to another table in the patio, we kindly stopped her and asked for more napkins. She gave us a cold and upset stare and told us napkins were at the front of the store indoors. We were so confused by her attitude and honestly to one point I almost wanted to call the manager and get my tips back. That said, I'm not sure what made the staff so upset that morning. However, this kind of service attitude is unacceptable, unless the store actually told us everything is self serve style except that they'll make the food and bring it to the table for us. I still want to go back to this place to try other things on the menu. But I don't think I'll want to add tips in my...
Read moreplace is an absolute gem. My friends and I came in for a weekend brunch and we were blown away by the entire experience.
Let's start with the star of the show: the Garlic Chicken Wings. Oh. My. Goodness. These wings are a must-order! They arrived at our table with a shatteringly crispy skin that was just unbelievable. The garlic flavor was savory and powerful without being overwhelming, and the meat inside was so juicy. I could easily make a meal out of these alone. But what truly makes this place special are the owners. They are the sweetest, most welcoming people! They checked on us just the right amount, were so patient with our questions, and their genuine warmth made the meal feel that much more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers and their food.
The vibe inside is cool and relaxed—it's the perfect place to catch up with friends. We lingered for over two hours, just chatting and enjoying the food, and never...
Read moreStopped in for the first time today. Ordered the Stegg Salad and a side waffle. The salad had prime rib and an egg over spring mix with spinach, zucchini and asparagus. The waffle was served with a package of high fructose corn syrup, so I asked for honey instead. The salad dressing, steak, and veggies were good, but some wilted/pink ends on the lettuce and some spinach had some yucky pieces. In general I should avoid restaurant salad because I’m too picky and always find gooey black pieces. Sigh. Hot tea served in a paper to go cup with black plastic lid. Wish it had been a ceramic mug. I might eat here again and try something else. Seems like a family owned restaurant that I’d love to support, but I try to avoid plastic, corn syrup and seed oils and look for fresh veggies. If you’re high maintenance like me, this isn’t the place for you
I might come here again and just avoid salad and...
