I came thru drive-thru on 5/12/2022 and that was the last time I came to THIS location for food.
Both times I've missed the tomatoes on my Avocado & Roasted Tomato Toast. When I realized it, I turned around but then the line was soo backed-up I decided to just keep the receipt and write the review later. (TODAY). I haven't been back to this Dunkin. I didn't want any bad business or my order messed up again so I just go to another one instead. BUT before the changes with this location whatever the changes were...it was a pleasant place.
Staff was nice and convenient to iHOP during the morning rushes or if my kids wanted donuts before school. But I shouldn't have to wait for 10 minutes for donuts when I asked for a variety of flavors to fill the box with NO line at the drive-thru. (It didn't matter what kind of donuts that were readily available...I was rushing.)

They way over charged me when I went. At the drive through the told me it would be $7 for my 3 items. Usually this is the normal price for everything when I go to other Dunkin’s. Once I got to the window I waited for ever for my food. The girl tells me it’s going to be $12 now ?! Like no explanation for the $5 increase. I was with my girlfriend at the time and didn’t want it to seem like an issue so I complied. Other wise I would of told that girl to stick it and drove off. Never going back here again. Nurses day free coffee: when I got my receipt there was no discount for the free medium size coffee even though I told him when I ordered that I was a nurse. He told me the transaction was already done. I could get a different coffee otherwise no discount. I didn’t need another coffee as I had already purchased enough for everyone in my family. Again was told it was too late as the transaction was already done. I visit this store every morning Monday through Friday and some weekends as well and have been doing this since this site opened.
