Bagel Basket — Restaurant in York

BEST BAGEL SANDWICH that I've had since my time in NY. The bagel was soft and fluffy in the middle. The sandwich stayed together when biting into it. It didn't fall apart and the ingredients didn't squeeze out. The bottom of the bagel was crisp like the bottom of a pizza. It was an ideal bagel✨️ Bagel Basket has a wide variety of bagels, cream cheese and sandwich options. I will most definitely be recommending this local gem. Come in and try it! Service was friendly and inviting. I ordered #8 Egg, spinach, tomato & cheese w/ jalapeños cream cheese and a garlic bagel (so much garlic sprinkled on top. Delectable)...

Nothing worse than ordering to bring home and order is not right. Prior to leaving I double checked they added jalapeño cream cheese to my breakfast sandwich, NOT, I said put on the side...great except when home found it was chive..1st error, 2nd was my #8 tomato, spinach, cheese with added sausage on a jalapeño bagel had no tomato and bagel was cheese not jalapeño. Certainly was disappointed, threw half in trash as taste of cheese bagel just wasn't good. Tried calling but no one would answer. Love supporting local business but put better effort in for better results. Not the 1st time this has happened but have to voice now. Unhappy...

Cute place but VERY busy! The line was out the door and it’s a bit chaotic once you order as there isn’t much room to wait inside. If you do try and stand off to the side, you block the “to go” pickups. We didn’t realize they have a pick up window outside and that’s where our order was sitting for a while and we didn’t know until we overheard another customer speak up. Despite this though, the coffee is really good and the bagels were great! They put a LOT of cream cheese, so if you don’t like cream cheese, make sure to ask for light.
