The service is HORRIBLE, from the top to the cashier. They act like they are doing you a favor by existing right near Short Sands. Ordered two fish sandwiches (made us ill), hotdog was under cooked (on the grill for literally 2 minutes) even though we specifically asked for it to be well done and we when politely asked for the cook to cook longer the cashier and cook laughed and snickered knowing full well we could see them clearly. Sadly, this place use to be good however it has gone down bigtime! The fries, fish are cold and greasy. Do yourself a favor and go the Goldenrod. To the lady who was working the counter, please take a course in how to provide customer service. When asked by patrons for more ketchup because you only give 3 ketchup packets, I suggest not responding to your paying customer “sure, it’s your diabetes”…..
