Tacos El Panda — Restaurant in Ypsilanti Charter Township

We were excited to pass by this food truck parked in the CVS parking lot off of Washtenaw Rd. I was hoping they would have the same high quality and vibrant flavors as the southern-California Mexican food trucks possess. We ordered their chicken quesadilla, 3 steak taco, and 1 chicken taco. They came with cilantro and onions. I ordered a side of sauce and a side of sour cream but both were missing from my bag. The quesadilla was soggy and the chicken is very bland. I’m so glad I came across this food truck! The tacos are absolutely delicious! We have a place in Florida and there is this place called Tiki Sub that has the best tacos and Tacos el Panda’s tacos are just like the place in Florida! We’ve only had the tacos al pastor and the steak tacos so we can’t speak to any other item on the menu, but this place is AWESOME!!
