Younger gal taking the order was great but there was a ringing up mistake with my drink that was noticed by the barista after I waited for it for 15-20 minutes(totally fine, it happens) BUT that barista made me reorder my drink at the register (ordering mistake was not my fault), REwait in line for another 15 minutes while everyone who came in after me drinks were made. I was in a huge hurry and ended up spending over 30 minutes waiting for a drink that I couldn't wait any longer to get so I got a refund and left. Before leaving, after waiting for about 30 minutes I asked the barista at there counter (who was extremely unfriendly) if she could make my drink before my ticket printed which was now at the back of the line of tickets because of, again, a mistake they made ( I had odered originally before 3 or 4 large groups that came in with about 15 drinks or more after me). Essentially, I wasted half an hour of my time because of a mistake that was made by them that the barista couldn't accommodate for. Never have I been in a customer service situation where a business makes a mistake and then makes a customer "pay" for their mistake in wasted time and money. Never ever has a Starbucks taken so long to get a drink out, so obviously I didn't set aside an entire half hour of my time to grab a basic coffee and go. I never write reviews, but that barista was AWEFUL. I understand if there's a certain policies in place to prevent workers there from accommodating you after they made a mistake, but that was by far the worst experience I've had in food andd business, if the barista had taked any time to explain anything I would have felt differently, but all she did was shrug and say sorry, no, and I have no idea where your ticket is. Read moreI am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding a mobile order experience I had at your location today.
I placed a mobile order for drive-through pickup, and after waiting approximately 5–6 minutes, I joined the line behind four cars. By the time I reached the speaker, about 10 minutes had passed since I had placed my order. I gave my name as requested and continued to the window.
When I arrived at the window, 15 minutes had elapsed since placing my order, and I was told that my drink was not ready. The employee informed me that I would need to either pull around, park, or come inside to retrieve it. I explained that I placed a mobile order specifically for drive-through pickup and that had I ordered at the speaker, I would have received my order at the window. I also emphasized that I had already given my name at the speaker and that my order should have been in queue.
Instead of resolving the issue, the manager told me I would have to go back through the line behind seven more cars or come inside, which defeats the entire purpose of placing a mobile order for convenience. When I refused to do so and stated that I would wait at the window for my order, the manager threatened to call the police.
I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and an unacceptable way to treat a customer. I have never experienced such poor service, especially after placing an order well in advance with clear instructions for drive-through pickup.
I would like this incident to be reviewed, and I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this situation is being addressed. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive the service they paid for in the manner it was offered.

Read moreThis starbucks sucks so much. I go to any other starbucks and I get excellent service. The lady at weed starbucks was so friendly! Too bad we can't get that kind of service... They make a huge deal about the mobile app drive thru and in-store. I accidentally forgot to mark drive-thru since in store is default. I called them to make sure they knew we were doing drive-thru and the lady said starting soon it doesn't matter if you call, they'll make you pull around.... then proceeded to tell me where to change it on the app as if I didn't know and state I forgot.... I have 4 kids and sometimes I can't go in... I only have 2 hands and having young kids with me and carrying drinks at the same time doesn't work... they won't cancel the order and let you reorder.. you can't change the option once the order is placed.... literally the only option was to call them and let them know.... they are constantly rude and way to concerned with the mobile orders.... I don't think we'll be going to this starbucks anymore... they haven't been making my drink right anyways the past week or so, but I deal with it because they act like the world is ending if I ask for it to be remade. Even when I had spoiled milk the lady said it wasn't expired and basically called me a liar.... but when they opened new milk it tasted fine... and I will be calling cooperate again.... we go there everyday sometimes twice a day and I'm tired of them treating...
