Brock's Ice Cream Inc — Restaurant in Yuba City

visited this shop for the first time since before covid and was very disappointed. a bunch of items were marked as “out” on the menu. asked why they are out of milkshakes and the worker said they got too expensive to make 🤨. what kind of an ice cream shop doesn’t have milk shakes. got a cone and the ice cream was nothing special for the cost. won’t be back. on top of it they have a sign on the check out area with merch prices. they also have another sign with lower merch prices on the wall behind the checkout area. concerned that they can’t even be bothered to remove a piece of paper with false advertising. makes me wonder what else they are lax on with food safety and workers rights. won’t be back unless they get their shit together. seems like management or the owner doesn’t...

My girlfriend and I came to Brock's and ordered a Banana split. We had been craving one all night, the excitement was building as we had placed our order. We watched in pure joy as the workers made such a delightful looking banana split. As it was brought to the counter we observed it in pure awe as one would a piece of art. A true masterpiece. We made our way to the table taking extra precautions to not drop our fragile boat of banana delight. There we sit, looking at such a wonderful split and what do we find you ask? To our surprise Brock's had cut our cherries in half!!!! What monster would mutiliate the perfect topping? Overall split was great, but cuz of those cherries we had to dock some points. Will not be coming back.

Sence Brock sold the ice cream parlor it has really gone downhill, said I would never go back but thought I would try it again, well same same out of alot of flavors Brock was never out of any of them, my husband ordered dark chocolate walnut and it's like regular chocolate ice cream no walnuts. The two girls were more interested in playing with the stapler than helping me. I have always been able to get fresh banana this is the 5th time they said they were out and they didn't even look for it. I will never recommend Brock's ice cream to anyone again I will talk them down because they have nothing anymore we use to look forward to going for ice cream but not here anymore bad service and not...
