Terrible customer service. I walked in and needed a size in a pair of shoes. No one came over to help so I walked to the front counter. 4 younger people were standing behind the counter and talking amongst themselves. No one noticed I walked up. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask for the size and a couple of them just stared at me until one man decided to go get the sizes for me. The young woman just continued playing on her phone. I felt like I was interrupting their conversation and that I shouldn’t be there. I don’t usually post reviews and I don’t like to complain but I really felt like this needs to be addressed. Was out searching for shoes for my 12 year old son. He is in that weird in-between size and we had been to 5 stores looking for shoes. Finish Line was our last stop and our last hope of finding shoes tonight. The very pretty African American lady that helped us was completely Awesome, so totally patient with us and we finally found a pair he really likes and actually fit him. Completely ignored by employees who were just talking among themselves. Okay whatever I'm not expecting a red carpet, I'm not even expecting a greeting when I walk in but when I asked for a size they acted like I was bothering them interrupting their conversation, and they didn't even bother to check they just told me "we don't have that size" don't even get me started on the other costumers there that didn't speak English, and I get it employees don't have to be bilingual, so I always translate when I can in this case tho I wasn't going to deal with those...
