I went in today and bought three pumpkin empanadas. When I took a bite of one, I immediately noticed that the dough was raw inside. I went back in to let the cashier know and asked if I could exchange it for something that was actually cooked. She didn’t seem to understand me at first as she only spoke Spanish, so I tried showing her the raw dough. She ended up calling someone (I assume the manager or owner) and handed me the phone. That person told me I couldn’t get a refund or an exchange because the empanada was broken into it which doesn’t make sense, since I only took one bite to discover the problem, and obviously they can’t resell raw or touched food anyway.

They always seem to mess up the decoration i requested for my cake so make sure you take and leave color,picture, etc examples there. Also make sure the person taking your order rights down every detail so the person decorating knows exactly how you want it.
