I really like the food. Awhile back they got my orders completely wrong a number of times. I think they were someone elseās. The speed of service is mediocre, but food likely takes longer to prepare. The customer service skills of Drive Thru are less than desired. Iāve been going there for 3 years regularly for once a week or more until this year. Until the middle of last year, the Drive Thru employees would enthusiastically smile as they handed me my food. It was rare if they didnāt. Now half the time the Drive Thru employees will not look at me while they give my my food. The new employees they hired are not near as customer friendly as the previous ones. The last time I went the employee handed me my food while looking away. Like her head was sharply turned away from me. If she could turn her head 180 degrees, she probably would have. No friendliness at all. I feel sometimes like Iām some kind of second class citizen when I get service like that. I never treat fast food workers as second class citizens, so not sure if the pay raises to $20 an hour etc are making them...

Not only embarrassing for us to find out after we made a $75.00 dollar order. That direct Express cards don't work in their system. Lunch traffic busy embarrassing,embarrassed and humiliation for the others in line behind us and the line in drive thru. Very disappointed in the ownership of the establishment going to find out why they don't accept this card has master chARge approve accessible and still was not good enough for this establishment. I encourage all SSI SDI who has the direct Express cards to go try and use it in the jimboy' s taco E Street Marysville California I'm going to write the better business bureau and complaint everyone who has been through this embarrassment already complain to corporate office and better business bureau please stand up for yourself and others who have been embarrassed as we were today thank you for reading my comments and compliments of this...

Today I bought a grilled chico taco salad and the fried flour tortilla shell is so hard I had to throw it away , couldnāt even chew it and certainly not fresh. The guacamole is brown and taste like old refrigerator. No no no. Two days ago I come by for two deep fried chicken tacos and there was no sauce On it just tomatoes lettuce chicken and jalapeƱos. No sauce that makes the taco flavor what it is. Day before I got Leto tacos and again and brown sliced avocados. I donāt know what is happening to the pride of service in their work and having a job, but this isnāt the way to treat anyone let alone a returning customer of at least 5 days a week.
