Tried to place our order online but the website has no where to enter a credit card number. The only online payment is through Google Pay. Called them to place order and was told they do not take orders over the phone, have either order online or come into KFC and place my order in person. So that is what I did. Then after placing my order I stood around waiting for 15 minutes for my order. Finally I asked about my order and it seems they never made my order up. In fact on the order screen my order was in red showing it was not filled. Also I ordered my chicken extra crispy and when I asked about my order I showed them my receipt and nowhere did it mention extra crispy chicken. It seems the person who took my order failed to put down extra crispy. And while I was standing around for 15 minutes waiting for my order there were several people who got their orders and there numerous mistakes in their orders. Like forgetting drinks, mashed potatoes and even forgetting to put plastic eating utensils in the bags .There seemed like there was so much confusion from the working staff and running into each other that I am surprised they got any orders correct. So from my experience at the Yuba City KFC I will have to seriously be hungry before I would return back to this location. Read moreWent to KFC tonight after a 12 hour shift pulled into the drive through and when it was my turn to order the young man who I spoke to first seemed unsure of what was available. After about 4 to 5 minutes he came back to tell me what was or wasn’t available it was hard to hear him due to people yelling and laughing. As I was waiting to pull up to the window two employees ran out of a door and were throwing food at each other. I then got to the window they told me to park out front for the rest of my order I pulled around and waited 10 more minutes, I went inside and at least 8 other patrons were standing waiting as well. ALL the employees were playing and running around like children I asked to speak to the manager and a young lady named Naomi came up and asked what I needed as I made my complaint she smiled and laughed and said thanks for stopping in and walked away. I’ve never wrote a review before but I felt so disrespected I had to . After she walked away I said out loud that it was obvious she was just a child leading other children other customers said out loud that they felt the same. Read moreUpdate- Well this place has been open well over a year and it isn't any better. Customer service is still not existent. They ignore you. They don't have your food ready and they don't allow you to pick up your food like you're supposed to when you order online. They have it blocked out so you can't access it and the cashier at front ignores you and won't give you your food. It's quite ridiculous. Very sad that this is my only option for KFC in the area. I have tried submitting online reviews requesting the manager give me a phone call and still am being ignored. Try hiring people who care and have owners who think customer service actually means something!
Previous review- Supervisor was rude. Ignored me and when a cook pointed out to her that she had a customer she said she was off the clock.and walked out leaving me standing at the counter alone...thankfully the kid working the drive thru ran over to help me...I know that good help is hard to find but maybe you should keep looking!...food was...
