Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Yuba City

UPDATE 08/2023 The older East Indian woman at the front who looks to be the owner of this establishment has always been cold towards her customers but the pizza WAS so good and we use coupons so we kept ordering every once in a while. Well, this last time she was completely rude AND the pizza no longer tastes like it used to. The dough and cheese taste cheap now and she really skimped on the toppings too. We ordered this for someone who's never had Papa Murphy's because we loved Papa Murphy's but it was embarrassing how poor the quality was. He was not impressed at all and you can imagine how upset we were with the owner who not only made bad pizzas but was SO RUDE for no reason. We're always so polite and thankful but she acts like all her customers are a nuisance or something. She really shouldn't be in the customer service business and whatever's changed with the pizzas needs to go back to the old recipes and techniques. Doubt we'll go back since not only is the customer service bad, but now the pizza itself sucks. Yuba City Papa Murphy's, get it together please.

11/2022 The customer service at this location is TRASH. The past few months, every time we go in to pick up an order everyone working here is so serious and rude! They act annoyed you're even there, they act like you're going to steal their tip jar, and make you feel dumb when their card reader is acting up. Also, it's too expensive for us having to bake it ourselves. The only reason we ordered was because we had a 25% off discount. I gave 1 star simply because the pizza is undeniably good, seriously delicious. But they seriously need to learn how to smile and be polite to their customers. Went in today on 11/11/23, I had ordered a Garden Veggie (fam size) & and a cheese, Bellpepper & Olive (fam size) on-line. When I got home after putting the 1st pizza in the oven and after unwrapping the 2nd their were pieces of sausage on it. Now to be clear, we are vegetarian. I had to drive back to the store, the girls working tonight ones name was Daisy the 2nds I forget where nice and they made me a new pizza My request to the Owner/Management is to train your employees not to mix vegetables with meat in your containers please, when I went back the Bellpepper had slices of pepperoni in it. Also figure out to have where when ordering inlinevwe can put a "special request" example: vegetarian, use new gloves, etc. The girls were nice and let me take a 5 cheesy bread home for my troubles and said if the pizza I had put in the oven has meat on it to call...

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but in some situations it is warranted. My husband and son stopped after a long work day, happily picking up bake it yourself pizza to give me a reprieve from cooking. They stopped to grab our family fave, Hawaiian with white sauce pizza. We work in Yuba City, live in Plumas Lake, so be we have a 30-35 minute commute to and from work. I preheat the oven when they are about 7 minutes out, they arrive home and I unwrap my delightful dinner … only to find out there’s no pineapple, like at all… so we are stuck with a Canadian bacon and cheese pizza. You literally had 1 job, make a Hawaiian pizza. What we actually received was a boring, might as well call it a Montana pizza, or a Wyoming … cause this sure the hell is...
