First of all your employees lie about the store hours. Shut down the store half and hour early just so they can close and get out when they feel like it. They have literally there friends/boyfriends that are clearly not working at coldstone there hanging out with the actual worker while she was closing. I have worked for plenty of companies. I would get in severe trouble If I would close down my store before business hours. I would get in EXTREME amount of trouble if not fired if I had people that were not working (or on the clock) for the company inside the store with the doors locked while I was closing down the store. I came to the store at 9:45 p.m. after a very long day of work and doing my homework to treat myself to some Cold Stone. Came at 9:45 and the hours reflected 10:00 p.m on the coldstone website and on google. They already had the LED screens shut down. They had the doors locked and their friends hanging out with them in the front counter. While the girl who was actually on the clock getting paid was doing her closing duties. I went to try to see if the doors are open and they were locked. The girl that was hanging out by the counter said that they close at 9:30 when the business hours clearly reflect on the website and Google reflect that they close at 10pm. These girls have the absolute worst attitudes, entitled, and arrogant. They make you feel very unwelcome when you come in and make you feel like you're actually inconveniencing them for being there. The employees that you are hiring and I've only seen young girls working there are single handeling making consumers feel disloyal to this brand and especially to this location. Chick-fil-A hires the same age group for their business and their employees have the most pleasant attitudes. You guys can learn a thing or two from that business model. You guys need to get rid of these employees. There are plenty of other young people that have more pleasant attitudes that won't break company policies that are looking for work. Extremely disappointed in this location and in the management that hires these entitled young brats with no integrity and work ethic. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time, effort, money, and gas coming to the...
Read moreI normally get my ice cream cakes from DQ but chose to try cold stone this time wrong choice!! I put two stars due to me coming in person and placing a custom cake order. On the order form you put the cake you want and if you want a special saying or a name which I put a name and it to say happy birthday. They got the happy birthday down but they spelt the name wrong. When asked if it can be fixed they stated yes but it will look smeared. Don’t understand the point of custom ordering a cake filling out a form with the proper spelling to be given a cake with improper spelling. And the icing on the cake was that the own Manager is the one who prepared my cake and misspelled the writing lol Wow just Wow.And there cakes are much more smaller than DQ’s for...
Read moreGood ice cream. Just did not appreciate the two girls who were working tonight, both gave attitude. One who served us seemed to be angry that we came in around 9:25 pm for two basic ice cream choices while website says they close at 10 pm. After leaving the building, we stayed in the car to eat our deserts and noticed one of the girls locking both the doors of the restaurant by 9:40 pm. We will still be going back due to delicious ice cream and the fact that we’ve gone here numerous times since it’s been opened and this was the first bad experience with them. Overall the ice...
