Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Yucaipa

FRESH INGREDIENTS w/ QUESTIONABLE COMBOS. I’m a fan of Nekter’s use of fresh ingredients, however this last time the juice I got was way too intense. I got The Buzz which has ginger, LOTS of carrot, oranges, lemon and other potent flavors. The carrots and ginger were too excessive, i literally was only tasting raw sensations. If you’re a vegetable purist, you might even have trouble with this drink. It’s too strong, and it didn’t even have alcohol haha! I will give kudos that it totally flushed out some toxins for the day! The store was clean, the staff were meh. I most likely won’t go for The Buzz soon, but the store seemed to have several appealing options for next time! Most of the staff here are good, but there is one girl who works who purposely always leaves out ingredients and waters down the smoothies to make it faster and easier for her to make them. This time around, she left out 2 ingredients out of my smoothie on purpose and did the same to my other smoothie that were for my sisters, I watched her make them. It's disappointing because I love Nektar, but if all of our smoothies are going to come to us tasting watered down and missing ingredients, then there is no point in spending $57.
