If you have any sort of health or dietary requirements, do not allow Michelle to make your drink. She, and the other employees, know that I am a regular, who cannot have caffeine. I can modify most of the menu so that I am still able to order most things, and the employees are always careful with my orders, with a pleasant attitude to boot. Lacey, Cherie, and Geena deserve all the praise for their excellent customer service. Michelle, however, has been very rude and short with me for the past two years, and very smug in doing so. She knowingly, and intentionally, ignores all of my requests for decaf coffee in my drinks, and has done this for the past two years. Every time I have caffeine it can make me sick for up to two days, so this isn't anything I take lightly. I have even found her hair in my drink on one occasion. This has been brought up to store management in the past, but Michelle has continued to knowingly sicken me with her drinks, even going out of her way to stop her own work to make my drink to ensure it's made with caffeine as she did yesterday, 10/1/2020. I suppose I can no longer order from this store if Michelle is working at the time, which is a real shame. Read moreWe love this store! The baristas are friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and fast! We visit regularly and always have a great experience. However, yesterday we witnessed a man chase a woman (customer) out of their store, yelling profanities at her. He followed her until another man got out of his car to intervene. The yelling man ran back in the store, then came back out threatening to call the police. The Man that intervened stood with his arms crossed and encouraged him to do so. At that point a barista, we later found that she is the manager, came out of the store and began speaking to the yelling man. She did an amazing job calming the situation! Don’t know what happened after that, the woman got into a car and the man that intervened got into the driver’s side and they left unharmed. Read moreI just started coming to starbucks again as a depressing treat. I was roasting in my car so I asked if I could please have an ice water. The window server VERRRRYYYY patronizingly in that high pitched voice said "okay, order that at the BOX next time?" - bro, it's water, it took 5 seconds and I get that you're trying to get your customer service rate back after the person in front of me took 5 minutes, but that's a very quick way to get someone from just giving up their overpriced depressing treat.
EDIT: Forced to come back here when my wifi is down and they are passive aggressive as hell when closing, really rude and patronizing, and they do not close at 9, they close at 8:30, so bear that in mind if you have something important due and you'd rather not get...
