I will go out of town to pick up pizza to avoid Mariana and Arturo. I placed an online order, went to pick it up on my lunch break because I was working. I received 5 calls about an hour later from Mariana leaving me voicemails that she was going to report me for taking the pizza without paying. Apparently I clicked on "pay in store" and I must've not paid attention because I usually pay via Apple Pay. I returned her phone call to let her know it was an honest mistake, and I'd be in by end of night to pay because I was working. Her voicemails were passive aggressive, I felt humiliated! And she made it seem like I grabbed pizza and ran off with it. Which is a complete lie if they look at cameras! That is the most insulting accusation anyone in my life has ever made. Arturo also claimed that he ran after me? Which is odd because I had to make a phone call in the parking lot once I got to my car.
This occurred at 2 pm, they closed after 10 and I received 2 more calls at 7 pm, telling me that I am going to be reported. I dropped what I was doing to go pay. I felt so humiliated, she had my phone number, my address, my name. I wasn't going to be ghetto and not pay!! Honestly, I love Pizza Hut but this made me to never ever return to this location. She treated me like a criminal and the price was $18. She acted like she was gonna lose her job over it. It was an honest mistake!!

Read moreWe ordered a Pizza from here, in 30 minutes we received an update that the pizza was on it's way. 30 minutes after that, still no pizza. We called and were told that the automated system is not accurate, but the driver should be to our house any minute. Waited an additional 20 minutes still no pizza, called again and they said he should be right there, at this point my kids and guests were very restless and I was embarrassed, but continued to wait. 20 minutes later, still no pizza (this puts us at 2 hours ) I called and asked to speak to a manager, I sat on hold for 16 minutes before she got on the phone, she then tells me she tried to call us an hour ago to notify us that "the driver gave our pizza to another customer, she couldnt get ahold of us, and didnt know if we still wanted it". I told her I have been calling for updates every 20 minutes, what do you mean you couldnt get ahold of me?" There were other words exchanged pointing out the disappointment and lack of professionalism from a "manager" she then responded with I should call corporate.
With so many options for pizza, and competitors offering pizza insurance etc,I was shocked that this major error was just no big deal. Huge disappointment. Words of advice, papa John's had replacement pizza cooked and delivered to us...
