All Star Burgers Cafe — Restaurant in Yucca Valley

We usually go to All Star on Sunday afternoon after church. It is very busy and it was. I don't usually give a negative review but the waitress was so bad. Service should be negative five stars. She couldn't keep it together. She brought us our drinks missing a water which didn't get till 20 to 30 minutes later. I ordered country style breakfast that comes with biscuit w/ gravy. My mother-in-law ordered a breakfast with sourdough toast. Some how our waitress thought I had ordered sourdough toast instead and charged me $7.85 for my included biscuit & gravy. Our food came out unusually slow others that came in after us had other waitresses that were getting their food to them in a reasonable amount of time. One of our group had to send wrong food back to get what she had ordered. Everything seemed to be like a hassle with this person a real negative tude. I didn't receive my biscuit & gravy till I had finished my plate of food. Then I went to pay the bill and our waitress is taking payment. I asked her to remove the errant charge and she argued with me that I had ordered the toast. Basically refused to take the charges off. I then asked to see the manager. She didn't answer me. She just said she would pay for it(?) I wrote "NO TIP" on the bill and left a very unsatisfied customer. I think she was trying run the cash register and serve some of the customers. This place I personally don’t think gets enough credit I have been coming here for about a year now and every single time I sit down I get one of the two girls both of them are absolutely amazing but today when coming in it was Rosie who helped us and I just wanted to point out how amazing she is she is extremely attentive pet friendly and anytime I ask her for something extra she always brings it in a matter of seconds I’m not gonna lie she started remembering our orders and it’s kind of amazing to know that we are not just customers but we are actually people which is a pretty great feeling in this world this day I love the fact that we can sit outside and have breakfast with our puppies and then when it’s just me and my hubby we go and eat inside and it’s always clean Kept up with I honestly can say if you wanna go to a diner with class and bomb food for a good price come on over here and if you want a waitress with phenomenal Service ask for Rosie she will definitely brighten up your day like a...

I usually go for lunch while I’m at work & haven’t really had a problem up until yesterday. I paid $3.69 each for extra chicken strips with my combo (so an extra almost $8 for the 2) I was supposed to get 6 chicken strips total. They only gave me 5 strips & they were burned. The fries tasted like they were already cooked & thrown back in the fryer. I wasn’t able to get back to the restaurant same day to exchange so I called the following day (still have all the food because I didn’t touch it) thinking because I’m in there almost every other day as long as I have the food still it shouldn’t be a problem, they know me. Boy was I wrong. They told me there’s nothing they could do that I needed to bring it back the same day. So I paid almost $20 for a chicken tender meal that I didn’t eat.
