Okay so here the thing. As a buffet its really hard to mess up the rules are simple: Keep the food fresh, Keep the tables chairs and counters cleaned and make sure you have plenty of plates, cups & napkins.
My son (Age 6) was the person that chose this place tonight for dinner. and well to be honest im not a big fan of buffets to many hands on the utensils and not enough separation of people you tend to feel like you eating at other people tables as well.
Any way For some reason though buffet places seem to forget that. Not here though i was actually pleasantly surprised. The counters were Very well cleaned, the pizza trays were well organized and everything that was supposed to be hot was hot and everything that was supposed to be cold was cold.
As we entered the establishment we were welcomed and the young lady behind the explained kind of how it worked with the different types of pizza and if we were looking for one they didn't have they could make.
Unlike most pizzas in buffets though they tend to be over cooked piles of simple tomato sauce basic cheese and plastic round pieces they call pepperoni. Here the crust was crispy the sauce flavorful and the cheese perfectly melted. the varieties of pizza they offer was actually really good.
The salad bar was well stocked, and everything was rightly cold. i was excited to see the pickles on the salad bar most places dont have those so that was nice. and the dressings area is usually a hot globby mess of drippings smudges of dried hour old ranch and blue cheese.
To be honest the only real complaint i had was that you guys dont have any type of hot sauce like Tabasco, Tapatio, or Chilula. But ill be sure to bring my...
Read moreOverall this is the worst CiCis I’ve been to in the state. The cleanliness, service, and food are not up to par with the CiCis in Oklahoma City. Store smelled like the floor was mopped with dirty mop water, men’s bathroom was filthy, urine all over the floor trash overflowing. Expected to hear at any moment during the visit “clean up on aisle 9” lol. Pizza buffet no stocked at a constant pace for the volume of customers within the store. The employees were not smiling or happy to see customers rather they were looking in despair.. like can this rush be over any sooner. Not sure if it’s just the practice at this location, but I got charged for an infant

The information showed most pertinent info. I then clicked on the website, which is Cici's, not Google, On Cici's website for this location, there was a listing for $7.99 buffet and $4.99 kids buffet. When I arrived at the Cici's location in Yukon, OK., the kids buffet was $5.49 and the adult was $8.49. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, then the manager, and then the district manager who was working the kitchen. Like the manager, he said he would pass the customer input message about the wrong prices along to corporate. There was nothing else he would do for the customer. Obviously, it's not gourmet pizza, but you are not paying gourmet prices. The meal was filling but not...
