First, I must say that I am thrilled and feel honored to write a review for Alexa Bakery.

I’ll start by sharing that I met Alex and Jorge in the community of Yukon, where I learned about their entrepreneurial pursuit of opening a bakery w/ a personal touch This was the winter of 2024-2025. Over the next few months I would see them both at a local gym and ask for updates. They’d share the dream was progressing after leaving the gym, they’d be heading over to work on their dream bakery. This was ALWAYS in the hours of 05:00AM to 07:00AM. How about that for dedication!!!

Fast-forward it is now July of 2025 and Aleza Bakery is alive and breathing! I visited Aleza Bakery on July 23, 2025, and Jorge extended a warm welcome to me.. He shared that he knew it was Me when I had pulled in front of the bakery. I shared that I wanted to honor my commitment of coming to check out their dream bakery and that I was reminded of that commitment each time I would look at my refrigerator in my home. I had placed the Alexa Bakery business card on my refrigerator. I then asked if the misses was available, and she was. She was just diligently working in the back creating dream goodies and treats). Jorge retrieved her and she came out and mimicked the warm welcome I had received moments ago. I shared with Alex the same story I told her husband, Jorge (I wanted to honor my commitment to coming to check out their dream).

A customer came in and I watched the two of them handle her with precious care. The customer experience was 1st Class service and the customer left with some yummy treats!!!

I immediately followed suit and asked Alex and Jorge to pick their favorite dessert. My intention was to purchase them both to indulge in later. I left with Key-Lime Pie and a triple berry sweet treat 😋. Needless to say, I very much enjoyed my trip to Aleza Bakery!!! Great treats from even GREATER people.

I have posted a few pictures:

A Hidden Gem Worth Every Bite!

Today was my first visit to Aleza’s, and it absolutely won’t be my last! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, sweet aroma of fresh-baked cakes and cookies—pure heaven. The space was spotless, from the counters to the glass display cases to the floors. Clean, inviting, and full of charm.

Even better? The owners were so kind and welcoming, making the entire experience feel personal and genuine. You can tell this is a true family-run business that takes pride in what they do.

Now let’s talk about the baked goods—because WOW. The key lime pie was hands-down one of the best I’ve had. I honestly can’t decide what I loved more: the creamy, tangy filling or that perfectly buttery crust. Then came the turtle cheesecake—loaded with caramel and chocolate and boasting the ideal cheesecake texture. Absolutely divine.

And don’t get me started on the red velvet cookies. I was a little worried they’d be underbaked since they were thick (I’ve had bad luck at certain franchise bakeries), but Aleza’s nailed it. Fully baked through, rich in flavor, and incredibly satisfying.

This is what a bakery should be—family-run, thoughtful, and full of heart. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You’ll taste the difference. Prices are very reasonable, for as delicious as the items are it’s...

A Sweet Discovery in Yukon! A new bakery has opened right next to the Dollar Tree in Yukon, and I discovered it last night on an errand run. Despite it being almost closing time, I decided to check it out, and I definitely don't regret it! The experience was so good, and the man I believe was one of the owners was extremely nice. I ended up buying three delicious cakes: a chocolate cake for Coop, a Tres Leches coffee cake for myself, and a chocolate caramel cheesecake for Bobby. I managed to snag a small bite of Coop's chocolate cake before he devoured it, and it was so good! Coop, who knows his chocolate cakes, even declared it one of his favorites. My Tres Leches coffee cake was also one of the best I've ever had – I seriously wish I had bought more! Bobby absolutely loved his chocolate caramel cheesecake and was also craving more after finishing it. Everything we tasted was amazing; our only regret was not getting more cakes! If you're looking for a new bakery, please do yourself a favor and check this place out. They just opened this week, and I'm concerned they're not getting as much business as they deserve. The man working was incredibly nice and welcoming; he even threw in a free, HUGE chocolate chocolate chip cookie! I am so glad I decided to make that Dollar Tree run last night – it led to such a...

We tried: Key lime pie: it was a good balance between sweet and tart and you can see the lime zest Cheesecake with berry topping: The cheesecake was smooth topping was tasty Chocolate cake: rich chocolate not dry actually surprisingly moist. Icing tasted good as well Tres Leches: good balance between cake and milks. Was not soggy drenched. And the flavor was like eating vanilla ice cream and vanilla cake. Chef's kiss Cookies: Chocolate chip, red velvet, double chocolate chip, and oatmeal craisin all had great flavor not crumbly. Oatmeal is oatmeal and will be a bit dry but the spices used are super good.

They are very friendly and very welcoming as soon as you walk in. We were greeted and they had started to tell us what they had in the case before we could ask. That was amazing for us, because we didn’t have to ask or sit there wondering what we were looking at. Food is absolutely delicious and greatly priced. It is so worth it and we will definitely be back for a lot more!!! Thank you guys keep it up!!! Help support local businesses and make sure you give them a try it’s worth it!
