First time they messed up our order, it was okay (even though we were also overcharged)/salvageable. Second time, it’s not okay. We have other options in the area so this will be our last time ordering from this location.
It’s not like my husband and I have a complicated order either; wings for me and cheesy-bread for him.

So. We didn’t learn our lesson and tried ordering again. Got the order. OMG it was perfect. Issue was, I was plating it and I ended up dropping it all over the floor. No problem - thought it would be a simple fix and I could call the store and reorder my exact order again. Called, explained what happened and said I would like to order the exact same thing and that I had my card info and would be paying over the phone. I was not given a receipt with my delivery and the guy I spoke with actually said, ‘I don’t know how much that is. Tell me how much your pasta is?’
How am I supposed to know?!?!? Isn’t it right there on your register? How do you work at a place and not know how to total an order?!?!
So. Ended up getting my reorder. Wasn’t happy with the hoops to get it, but dinner was saved.
Then I vowed never to order from this location ever again. It’s just too much hassle.
But then my husband looks at me tonight and says, ‘....can we order pizza?’
And I said, ‘no. Because the Pizza Hut near us always messes up and you know this.’
‘But they don’t always mess up!’
Cue my husband opening the door and the woman dropping his wings all over our front entryway. She then told him she would bring him more. Well, apparently she told her boss that we were going to call for more wings or for a credit. She specifically told my husband she was going back for a replacement wing order for us. When we called 90min later to ask where our wings were, we were told we were told to call...no. Just no. My husband was told by the delivery girl she was coming back. None of this call later BS.
Just stay away. I love hearing I’m right, but my husband was so disappointed he didn’t have wings. This isn’t the first time they’ve forgotten our items, but it will be their last time as I’ll be putting my foot down and we won’t be ordering again, no matter how much my husband...

Earlier this week I called in to place a future order for my sons birthday. It was a large order and I gave them all the details such as location (private park/pool) and they told me to call back Friday to set it up. I call back Friday and was told to call back because I'm not the only customer trying to make an order. At that time they told me that they had a special for 3 large pizzas for 8.33 a piece and that I could use that promotion for all my pizzas.
I then call back, we get through all the hoops of making sure they know the location and directions ( that was the hardest part for them was putting the delivery notes in the system) and I'm about to pay, then all of a sudden click, I'm hung up on. I call back again and Elton, the general manager tells me that he instructed the other manager not to complete the order and that he wouldn't process it because there was no street number. They clearly knew were the location was but seemed like they didnt want to bothered to fulfill the order just because a st number. I even offered a location down the st. and offered to leave my son's bday party to meet them there. They said no. At no point did the manager offer anything as a reasonable solution and left me as the customer to come up with the solutions .
I gave it one last chance, we called and used a neighbors address that was right across the street. The manager wasnt there at this point so they said that was fine. I told them the special price they offered me and then the employee said that they could not honor the deal anymore, it had expired. From 30 minutes ago? Seriously? It is clear as day that this store is not properly managed, not a single person I talked to was ever on the same page and all of them had different understanding of their policies and pricing. The sad part was that after 2 hours on the phone with pizza hut it took me only 10 minutes to get what I needed from another chain nearby. I will no longer give this pizza hut any of my business and I also filed a complaint with corporate. The management is a terrible representation...

Bacon is the highest food cost item in a pizza place, they will always skimp on bacon because of the extremely high cost... so you have to have extra bacon on a meat lovers pizza or it will never be the best meat lovers you could get... just so you know. They will never confess to the fact that they ALL short you on bacon 🥓. Believe me, they all do. Go get you a job there, this practice was going on in 1991... bet like hell it's still going on today.
