Horrible beyond anything always mess up my order. Which is wrong cause I'm the only one in line or in the building in fact. I was the only customer. But hey I guess it's easier to make something basic then to actually take a order. Even when they clarify what you want they're just messing with you. "You want that?, oh no sir I get decide for you cause I'm the one making your food!" Attitude here. Won't even honor a refund. Told me "drive back with that burger you got and we will exchange it out for your double western" DUDE I LIVE 10MILES OUT AND I even asked for a refund and they said they don't do that! That's why I have to drive back from home with my burger to get another burger which prolyl would of been made even worse than the burger I already got. I LOOK AT THE RECIEPT AND THE LADY APPERENTLY CANT COUNT PAST THE NUMBER 3 CAUSE I ASKED FOR A NUMBER 4 AND SHE GAVE ME A REGULAR BURGER AND ON TOP OF IT PUT IN THE DOUBLE WESTERN WRAPPER TO FOOL ME. Worst experience ever. This location doesnt even deserve 1 star- absolutely ridiculous & never going here again. We went thru the drive thru for only a regular 6pc chicken stars kids meal, they told us to park in front to wait for "7 mins", which turned into 25mins until I went inside to find out what's going on? It's just a kids meal, why does it take so long? I go inside and there's atleast 6 workers standing around with no urgency and no clue where my order is. I can see my order on the screen! They were mixing up other people's orders too and about 4 cars pulled in after us to wait for their orders including 1 guy who left because they brought out 2 wrong orders to him. Also the guy who makes the fries was eating fries and other food while making and bagging them which is a health safety No No. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. Not even sure if my kid should eat this now? I got no apology or anything, and I would venture to guess that's because this is normal for them and happens all the time. Walked in. Waited almost 3 mins before I yelled "Hello?" to be greeted by Yasmin a shift leader with attitude. Was told they were out of biscuits (a main item on the menus listed) ordered the grilled cheese and sausage sandwich. What I received was a sandwich with bacon. Took it back to the counter to receive more atritude (Yasmin) looked at the order entry stating I ordered a grilled breakfast sandwicg with bacon. When the order came back up on the screen above the hot line it showed sausage. The sandwich was "remade" actually the bacon was removed and the sausage was replaced leaving bacon bits and crumbs on the bread. I did not enjoy this experience. I rarely eat at fastfood places and was traveling and starving. Fortunately a homeless person was close by that took the sandwich gratefully. I did not eat until I reached my destination three hours later. I would like to believe that all are not the same and this was a one time experience hooefully things improve but solidified my choice to not enjoy fast food...
