Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Zanesville

If I could give them zero stars I would! We order from them all the time or I should say used to. Several times the pan pizzas are not done! Yesterday we ordered our usual order and the pan pizza was clearly not done and the regular pepperoni pizza was cold and clearly had been sitting there for a while. We even picked it up and waited 40 mins in the parking l and the guy at the window was very rude when he said it’s not done yet go wait it might be coming out of the oven. I finally called because I don’t like to complain the manager was very rude but did apologize saying he was the only guy working with one other guy but he would refund us $20 for our meal which was $30 I was fine with that so I said ok and he said he would credit it to our account and we could use it tomorrow. I called today because the $20 credit did not get applied he was rude yet again saying it does not go on our account and we have to call in to get the credit. So I said ok let’s order our food so I ordered I told him I would even pick it up he said ok so when I get there he said it was $17 more dollars I said what we have a $20 credit you said he said yes it’s $17 with the $20 “coupon” I said you are crazy I’m not paying $37 for 2 pizzas one large one pan medium a 2 liter of sprite and small size bread bites if I ordered it. He got really rude yet again saying it’s not $37 it is $17 I said yea with the $20 credit that makes it $37. This is absolutely ridiculous we will not be ordering from them anymore and they just lost a weekly if not 4 out of 7 days a week customer!! I even have pictures of what they served my...

Order took from 5:51pm to 7:04pm. Starting out I ordered our food at 5:51pm and paid at check out so ordered and paid 5:51pm. After driving to south zanesville from Perry County I arrived at 6:17 but had to wait in line. Once I was second from the pickup window, I waited for the car in front of me to get their order but ended up driving off at 6:33. I then proceeded to the pickup window and waited till 6:38 for a male worker to come to the window and ask for my name. The male worker took my name and told me he would check on it although leaving me to wait till a female worker came to the window at 6:43pm and again asked me my name. The female worker went to go check on my order and finally came back at 6:46pm to tell me my order was being placed in the oven. Frustrated I told her I would drive around and wait the 6-7 minutes she told me it would take to be done. Once I left the window the online order tracker said my food was done but I decided to wait just in case, then parked my car. At 6:54 I drove back in line and arrived at the window at 6:57 where the female worker was and she then asked me my name again and disappeared from the window to stand at the counter inside. finally a different male worker brought my order to the window at 7:04pm. The food was decent but not worth waiting in line for such an unreasonable amount of time and to be ignored with more than enough employees inside working. Very shameful Dominos! I ordered my food when I was 30+ miles away online. I signed up for text messaging to track my order and 10 minutes after leaving got the text saying my order was in the oven and would be ready in 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes longer than it took me to get there. When I got there a woman took my payment and walked away and didn't come back for 20 minutes... To tell me to pull around because my order wasn't out yet. I pulled around reluctantly because where was my food that should have been done for 30 minutes. Pull back around and the same woman asks what my order was just to disappear again. Finally, 15 minutes later, a guy came and asked what I was waiting on and he went directly over and got my order and brought it to me. I left my hotel at 37 and 70 before 9pm going to South Zanesville. I was 10 minutes late for work at 10 pm, 3 blocks from the store doing a remodel on another restaurant when it said my food should have been done before I even got there to pick it up. Aside from the guy who came the woman was rude and just blew me off the entire time I waited. Probably because the guy told me new people made the pizzas that night and everything had gone crazy. Pretty sure by her behavior she was new and had no clue how to treat a customer or she should no longer be employed because she treated me like I was...
