McDonald's — Restaurant in Zanesville

Took my daughter to the maple store a few days ago for breakfast. We ordered 2 orders of gravy and biscuits and 2 hash browns and also 2 drinks. We used their order things and put it in ourselves and grabbed a number to put on our table. This was about 10:20 but its breakfast til 10:30. So after going to our table and sitting down we waited. Well about 10:35 i asked the lady the was cleaning the tables about our order. She went back and asked and found that they had cleared our order off the screen and didnt have our order. So i had to give her my reciept. Well she came back and said they had to fix more gravy so it will be a few minutes. So we waited longer. Then they brought our gravy and biscuits out with hardley any gravy on them and said they were waiting on my hashbrowns. Ok as if we hadnt waited long enough we had to wait on our hashbrowns. The gravy and biscuits were awful because they barely any gravy on them and the gravy was cold not hot at all. So that was a bad experience. The tonight i go to south zanesvile to get some nuggets. There is four in our family and i usually order 80. So i tell the lady in drivethrough and she says u want 2 40 pieces instead because its cheaper. I said yeah. So i pay and pull up to the second window where they then have me pull forward so they can cook them fresh the lady said. I was ok with it because its alot of nuggets.i also ordered honey, barbecue and sweet and sower. Well i waited and the lady brings my bag out and says 2 40 pieces i said yeah and took the bag and then asked about my sauces. She said there is no honey in the store at all but the other ones are there.so i go back through drive through and ask for barbeque instead. Then i get all the way home and i only have 40 nuggets. So i was missing 40 nuggets. So i had to call and drive all the way back over there. Im so done with mcdonalds because the last couple times i went there my...

First let me give the night shift manager a huge kudos. I went thru the drive thru late at night...probably around midnight. Now mind you it took, no lie, 20 minutes to get thru until food was in hand. Now, after inspecting food to make sure order was correct, we found that there had been an error. I took the sandwich that was wrong back inside. I noticed that there was only 3 or 4 employees working, including manager. One working money window while taking orders. One handling food window...one cooking and manager. I heard the phone ring into this business. I could immediately hear someone screaming at the manager who was helping food window running back and forth helping the cook and handling front counter orders. She deserves recognition. And please anyone who needs employed...plz plz go there...they pay good honestly and these ppl have a wonderful attitude. They are short handed like many places. Please everyone take a breath,. Wait..........exhale 💨 They are trying their best to serve us. The ones that get salty, or p.o'd. We need to see their working conditions before we criticize scream and cry becuz our order got messed up or we had to wait extra time. Btw, the manager happily replaced my sandwich...Btw, I HAPPILY WAITED PATIENTLY AND TOLD HER I APPRRCIATED IT AND THANKED HER!. This place has went so down hill. I went there last week Ordered A large sprite and a McChicken told the lady twice that i had another order that was seperate from that one she didnt listen to me just told me to pull up to the window so I drove off and went to Maple, Went tonight and ordered 2 large sprites and a McChicken, My total was $3.15 i handed the girl working $5.15 was sitting there waiting for 5 minutesnon my change never got it, She opened the window and said "Did you have another order" I said "no, my total was 3.15 i gave you 5.15" she said "oh ok" and shut the window I sat there 5 more minutes waiting on my change after i told her what i was waiting on so then the manager ask her why the line isnt moving and she responds with "I dont know im confused to" So then the manager Roy opens the window and ask why were still sitting there so i tell him i gave her 5.15 my order was 3.15 that means i get $2 in change, After all this time waiting i get my change and pull up, When i get to the second window I get a large sprite, a small coke and a McChicken, So waited all that time and they still got it wrong. This is the WORST Mcdonalds ive ever been to. If you cant do 5-3 even after someone told you then you probably shouldnt be working there. If your looking for a Mcdonalds that actually care about their costumers and make sure your order is right go to maple because this one is TERRIBLE. Every time i go there...
