Subway — Restaurant in Zanesville

I was in the store yesterday January 4 between 12:30 pm and 1:00pm and first thing to happen was a red haired girl did not understand the difference between a 6in philly and a 12 in Philly I wanted two 6 in Philly stake sube and one 6 in monster. The same lady tried to tell me that I could not change my choice of cheese and I had to get ranch on it which I'm allergic to ranch. After she got mad at me over cheese. Another lady witch had multi color hair came over and took over my order she did ok at first but when she went to toast my subs she only put them in for 5 seconds. I asked her if she could retoast them as they was not done she got pissed at me and told me they was done. Than some random guy walked in to the store. And started to flirt with the girls. And he even walked behind the counter and was messing around with the register and saying out loud that he hasn't been an employee for over ten years and he is still in the system and he even opened up the register. As was yell look I could rob the place. Than the multi color haired girl walked out with him and went out side. Witch you could see her out side the building smoking. She came back in and did not wash her hands and went back to making subs. I will be making a call to our health department. Over this and I will show them the video I have of the ice still on my subs and the worksers not washing up after smoking. Very poor on there part. That place use to be a great spot to sit and chill before going shopping. I will definitely not go back into that...

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Went in to enjoy lunch with my family 1/4/24 around 12:45-1. There was 2 ladies working who we clearly weren't worth their time on helping. After waiting on them to finish converting one of them took our order. Gave my 3 meals the wrong side subs, upset over changing the ingredients on our subs, and threw on a small proportion of meat just to get us done with. She wanted to argue and push us to finish cause obviously we were a waste of her time. She kept getting upset and making us repeat our ingredients because we didn't want everything the same exact way they came (cheese), and asked for our veggies to be toasted which was a nuisance. Apon sitting down to eat. They were the worst subs we had ever eaten which wasn't much before tossing them out. A $34 meal! They tasted as of they weren't toasted long enough. Having steak subs it was very nasty to eat the cold meat and hard veggies. Avoiding this location at all cost! Never again. Subways have always been out go to lunch hang out. After a long day's work in customer service myself I've never been so rude to any of my customers and push so hard on making them rush to finish an order. Caused a big headache and an unhappy family! I would highly suggest new workers. With a little common curiosity and customer service skills. # help! Health department they served us food...

This place use to be great but now it's disgusting. The two lady's working in there one is red haired and the other is multi colored haired don't need to be messing with people's food they will under cook it want to fight with you over what you can have on your sub I watched them after I got my food not wash there hands. after leaving from behind the counter and going back to make food for people. Worrying about flirting with coustemers more than making food for people. I will never be back to that...
