Let me start with the FrenshFries because if you’re like me… FF are important. They are house made and not frozen or old, the FF WERE SO GOOD I almost order a second order of fries (: they white creamy sauce (tartar?) it’s off the chain! Quick tip: add hot sauce to the tartar sauce and oh my…! You got spicy tartar ! I use it for my entire meal and even as a dip for my FF cause again em fries were guut! Ok, today was my first time visiting and from the moment I walk in it looked like a whole different place! A lot of natural lighting, spacious, and with a great view of the court house! It’s a WIN Right thuur! additionally… they have TV screens with several options of beers and drinks for the sensitive ones out theer who like to drink water with seafood; just be cautious you don’t resuscitate the fish. The atmosphere and the waitresses are very nice; very friendly and everyone helps each other as a team, at the end makes the costumer happy and good tip in return! So make sure you tip ‘em. 7-7 their cakes look so mouth watery that I had to tried; and I always already full! Delicioso!

If you want a down side: during lunch tie it took them a little bit longer; but they were slammed full, I’m sure they’ll speed up the process once they got it handle. otherwise I will have to stop going for lunch and come during dinner time (:

The food overall it’s very good. I Highly recommend coming here for a nice game, or a night out with the wifey(take her out; she likes shrimp's) I’m very PLEASED and my belly is SATISFIED! My GRATITUDE to the chef! A+!

I took my family there for the first time tonight and we were all extremely disappointed with the food.

It’s important to note, I never complain at restaurants or leave reviews but I felt obliged to do so after our experience tonight.

I order oysters and they were the least flavorful oysters I’ve ever had. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi and she said the shrimp was cooked correctly, however, the shrimp and noodles had no flavor, it didn’t even have butter on them.

My dad ordered the surf and turf and the steak came out and it was very small, it was supposed to be a 12oz. Also, he ordered it medium rare but it was cooked done.

My mom ordered a fried fish platter with a baked potato. The potato was still hard inside and she said the fish tasted terrible.

We heard several tables around us also complaining about the food and their orders being wrong. Also, there was an older man managing the waiters and waitresses and he was openly berating them in front of everyone. It was strange. I also observed him gently push a waitress out of his way as he walked quickly into the kitchen. His whole demeanor was just rude.

On a good note, our waitress was very nice and helpful. Also, the hush puppies were very good. The fried green tomatoes were okay and so was the fried okra.

Lastly, all of the terrible food cost us $150, it’s very expensive and the food is not even mediocre. We will not be going back.

We decided to stop in on a Saturday around 4pm for an early dinner. It was not crowded at all. The atmosphere was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated. It was cool with the air conditioner running, but not too cold. Our server, I believe his name was Gabe or Cabe, was so polite, friendly & sweet. He was an amazing server and we really appreciated his polite demeanor. It was our first time dining here and he gave us recommendations and answered all my questions about the menu. We decided on the shrimp tacos and blackened grouper. The tacos had great flavor, although the shredded cabbage was kind of chewy and difficult to eat. The grouper tasted great but was a little chewy as well. Not sure if the grouper was previously frozen or not. The sides were also very good. The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever had. Their okra was great as well as the sweet southern style coleslaw. Their loaded baked potato was good but my mom said it could be warmer. Their hushpuppies are awesome!!! I would definitely come back and eat here again. There were several delicious looking menu options. It made it hard to...
