We have had a lot of home improvement work done by Zebulon Floor Covering and they always make a normally stressful situation a wonderful experience. Michael and Jennifer are a pleasure to work with and their staff is top notch! In the middle of big projects there are always problems that come up and ideas that change…. They just flow with it and are so good-natured about making your home exactly what you want it to feel like. Everyone that works for them is so respectful of your living space. Mark is a genius, Billy can make anything happen that you can dream of, Chris - I NEVER want anyone but him doing my sheet rock and painting. Jennifer is always straight up with what’s possible and Michael can read your mind! The entire experience was a pleasure and I sit in my new kitchen every night with all the lights dimmed and just admire their work!  I can’t say enough about them! ...

We had a consult scheduled with Jennifer today. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never in my whole life have i been treated with such disrespect in a customer service setting.
