Dunkin' — Restaurant in Zelienople

I recently moved back to Zelienople after being out of state for a few years and I was surprised to see a Dunkin on main street near all of the great small businesses we have here. The store looks good from the outside, pretty clean on the inside and unfortunately since a lot of the businesses we use are closed on Sundays, we have had Dunkin 3-4 times since we have moved back and each time has been disappointing. The coffee and donuts are never fresh - the way the icing looks, melts off and bubbles, you can tell they are at least a day old. My kids barely eat them which is saying a lot. I always get mobile order and every single time at least one thing is missing from the order. I was missing 1/2 a dozen donuts today from my order and had to wait in quite the line to get the rest so it’s not a fast service if you’d like everything in your order there and correct. The parking lot is not ideal. There are 2 entrances, but since it's on the corner of a very busy intersection it is hard to get out of either one. I ordered 3 refreshers and 2 glazed donuts. They could not make the refreshers I wanted because they ran out of a product. They served my drinks promptly, however, they walked away and I had to wait 5 minutes for them to come back out and ask them for the donuts I ordered. I was given the incorrect amount of change when I paid. I had to correct the girl twice. The employees need to pay attention to their customers more than their phones. The location in cranberry is a thousand times better than the zelienople one. I pay extra for almond milk or cold foam… almost never has it when I get my coffee. The coffee itself taste like dirt no matter how much creamer or sugar is in it. My food is always either burnt or stale. If they are out of something they will charge u and still not give it to u. They are out of almost everything all the time. I always went to the dunkin in cranberry religiously for years and the dunkin in zeli has turned me into a Starbucks person.
