If you're gonna dine inside they now have multiple kiosk but should you want assistance they can help you at the counter which I like the more personal experience and that's especially true for those who aren't tech savvy or the elderly or disabled people that may need extra assistance. I hated using kiosk at 1st and I used to just use the counter but I decided to try kiosk 1day and it's so much easier then I thought it would be. It's really pretty easy once you've used it a couple times you'll be a pro.
This McDonald's is one of the fastest McDonald's I've been to they really seem to have everything down to a "T" now they almost always get your order correct they hardly ever have to park people now the system that everyone works together in is like a well oiled machine. Also don't forget when their slow order your food cooked to order so that means FRESH and they will. No more haveing to special order so that your good fresh. Just ask them🤗 The rewards program is so well worth using also they give so much away and with the cost of living increases we need every hand up and free stuff we can get. Without the rewards many people wouldn't be able to even afford to eat off the not so dollar menu! So definitely sign up for the rewards. Their rewards program is the best rewards program around because unlike burger king who only allows 1 reward every hour McDonald's allows 1 reward every purchase. Which is especially nice because you will save every single order you place if you use your rewards to order and do multiple orders and it's not an inconvenience to McDonald's workers anymore if you make multiple orders inside on the kiosk. Try it out today As far as top places for surveys goes.... McDonald's beats the competitors again. It's the shortest quickest easiest survey I've done for anything and everywhere. Only downfall is if the ink is running out on the recipe it can sometimes be difficult to read the survey code#'s. McDonald's gives buy 1 get 1 of equal or lessor value of ANY SANDWICH AT BREAKFAST OR LUNCH TIME!!!! YESSSS!!!! THat includes double quarter pounder with bacon, and also includes there Steak egg and cheese Bagel's this offer is good for Absolutely any sandwich. This can save you upwards of $10 maybe more but I think their sandwiches are all under 10. Try it and check it out after your surgery you have 40 days to use...

I went through the drive thru (first mistake), gave the person over the mic the order number (to verify the order), was told to pull around to the window and when I got there I had to repeat the number because they didn't "hear" me. I was then told to go park in the reserved waiting spaces, the food was going to be brought out to me. After 20-30 minutes I finally decided to go in to see what was going on. They had a new employee who had no idea what he was doing at the register, the manager didn't give me a reason to why the order wasn't ready, just instructed me to give the person at the register the order details so they could remake the order. He struggled the whole time when I was giving him the details, I just simply told him to get his manager to come help him if he was having a hard time, I'm not trying to get impatient or nasty with anyone. A few minutes later another employee comes around the corner (probably coming back from break), asking if I've been attended, I explain to her everything that has happened up to that point and proceeds to help me out. Prints the order, few minutes go by, she reassures me the order is almost ready they're just waiting for the beverage to be prepared, I wait 10 more minutes and to see only her working back in the kitchen getting things done. Just a bad experience, and for it to have lasted an hour, from waiting in the drive thru line, the parking space, then finally inside the store. Read moreI don't normally do reviews, but I have to make an exception due to repeated dissatisfaction at this location. I moved out of Tampa about 6 months back and this is undoubtedly the sorriest McDonald's I have experienced in decades. They constantly close the dining room due to being understaffed in the early evening. This again happened last night (Sunday night). I can't blame the employees because the buck stops with management and ownership. Does the owner of this location care? This is not a one off, issue. Every time in the last couple months I am disappointed on the constant closures of the dining area. It is so regularly poorly managed, that I think I will drive on to Dade City from now on. I can't imagine they would be any worse. Clearly the employees are under paid, and under managed. I have no idea who owns this location, but I see no adult supervision, going on. We settled for the drive through and ate in the car and faced the side entrance. Despite closing the dining room due to being understaffed, we could clearly see 2 employees literally standing in the dining area staring at their cell phones. As we ate, the drive through line started to stack up behind where we parked on the right side of the store. This made it difficult to leave. I honestly feel like whoever owns this location just plain gave up. Does this McDonald's actively recruit at the local high school? Do they incentivise their employees to do good work and get raises for staying there? One...
