Overall, the restaurant has a cool vibe, the food tastes good, and the prices won’t break the bank. Plus, the staff goes above and beyond when you need it most.

Story time: I was trying to book a cab to Bukhara train station, but with a festival going on, it was a nightmare - after 30 minutes and multiple cancellations, my phone died. My power bank was super slow, and time was running out fast. So, I went back to the restaurant and asked if they could help me book a cab. Right away, one of the staff at the bar - let's call him a Good Samaritan - jumped in to help.

Even though I was stressed, chatting with everyone was actually a nice distraction. He made tons of calls, tried all sorts of options, and finally managed to get me a cab. I had to pay double for the cab, but honestly, I didn't mind - who would? The cab showed up quickly, and I just made it to the station with five minutes to spare.

Oh, and bonus: the train was delayed by almost an hour. I guess this is call,...

A truly wonderful place, be it the speed of service or the hospitality or the ambience. The food is truly superb and they have an excellent range for vegetarians. Coming from India, where we are used to spicy food, Uzbek vegetarian food in a couple of places in Bukhara was bland, to say the least. Not so in this place, where there is a great range for vegetarians and the food is so flavorful. Prices are very reasonable as well, and pretty much on par or slightly less than most premium restaurants in that area.

A special mention and shout out to Mr. Amir Bek ( apologies if I got the spelling wrong ) for his care. He completely bowled us over by talking in very good Hindi! Such people are a great asset to the restaurant. All the best to him for a wonderful future!

All in all, a phenomenal experience and probably the best restaurant for vegetarians in Bukhara! Would definitely go there for all three sessions next time that we are...

30개국 이상 여행하며 살다살다 이렇게 느리게 나오는곳은 처음입니다. 우선 메인홀에 자리가 없어서 구석진 방으로 안내했고 직원 중 아무도 이 방을 들여다보지않아요. 메인 홀은 예약한 사람들 위주로 앉고 저같은 관광객은 이 방으로 안내됩니다. 아무리 앉아있어도 메뉴판을 가져다주지않고, 우리 주위의 모든 테이블 모두 음식을 주문할때 계산할때 등등 직접 나가서 부르면 10분 이상 걸립니다. 한참 기다리다 메뉴판 가져다달라고 하고 받는데 10분, 주문도 직접 나가서 불러야 오고, 파스타는 주문하고 받는데 1시간 이상이 걸렸어요. 음식 언제 나오냐하면 만들고있다고만 대답하고요. 손님이 많은것도 아니었습니다. 최근 리뷰가 좋던데 도무지 이해가 안가는 리뷰입니다. 주문을 하기까지 거의 30분이 걸렸습니다. 한시간이 지나도록 받은건 꼬치 두개와 채소 더미였습니다. 30개국을 넘게 여행했지만 이토록 손님을 신경쓰지 않는 식당은 처음 경험합니다. 제 리뷰를 바탕으로 관광객을 조금 더 신경쓰는 가게가 되길 바랍니다. 그냥 이 가게를 빨리 나가고싶은 마음뿐이에요.

Having traveled to over 30 countries, this is the first time I've ever experienced such a slow service. First, there was no seating in the main hall, so I was directed to a corner room, and no staff member even bothered to look at it. The main hall is reserved primarily for those with reservations, while tourists like me are directed to this room. No matter how long I sat, they wouldn't bring me a menu. All the tables around us were ordering and paying, and if I had to go out and call for food, it would take over 10 minutes. After a long wait, I asked for a menu and it took another 10 minutes. I also had to go out and call my order. It took over an hour to order and receive my pasta. When I asked when the food would be ready, they simply said they were making it. It wasn't crowded. I've seen some great reviews recently, but this one is completely incomprehensible. It took almost 30 minutes to order. An hour later, all I got was two skewers and a pile of vegetables. I've traveled to over 30 countries, but this is the first time I've encountered a restaurant with such disregard for its customers. I hope this review will help them become more attentive to tourists. I just want to leave this store quickly.
