We bought a carpet and had it couriered to Germany all in all within 3 weeks. We came across the shop while wandering through the old town and entered the shop just out of curiosity. However the artful carpets and the atmosphere of the old building that houses the shop captivated us and we ended up buying a carpet we fell in love with. The owners are knowledgeable and can interpret the patterns in detail. Their competence and love for carpets convinced us. We had our carpet couriered to Germany within three weeks. The packaging was careful and we could track our parcel. The communication with the shop was always possible. All the best to this business! We are very thankful...

Продавец выдал синтетический ковёр за смесь шёлк-хлопок. Позже, на фабрике в самарканде нам сказали, что таких ковров в принципе не бывает. Единственный способ проверить шёлк это или синтетика - это поджечь нитку из ковра. При этом продавцы могут поджигать бахрому, которая действительно сделана из шёлка и говорить, что весь ковёр шёлковый. Шёлковая нить горит и пахнет как волосы, а синтетика воняет горелкой пластмассой. Собственно, не советую покупать что-либо в данном магазине, там почти наверняка обманут. Лучше приезжайте на фабрику ковров в самарканде. P.s. Совсем маленький шёлковый коврик ручной работы стоит 670$.

The silk thread burns and smells like hair, and the synthetics stink like a plastic burner. Actually, I do not advise buying anything in this store, they will almost certainly be deceived. Most reasonable carpet shop in whole of bukhara - was quoted ridiculous prices in the old town however came across this gem and bought 3 rugs for the price of 1 in other shops. They had the most beautiful designs with the best quality. The staff were very kind and patient showing us so many different rugs and weren’t pushy at all. Lovely family run business, will be buying in the future and getting them shipped...
