The Worst experience of mine till date in one 1 year
On 31st December I visited in night with group
No body came to take order ,,, I went to ask come someone and take the order ,,, after 30 minutes they came to take order ,,, at that time restaurant wasn’t busy with customers but still they don’t have time to take the order ,,,
We got disappointed very much ,,, we dropped the plan to eat anything from there 😡😡😡 and
We just ordered 2 different type of chai ,,,
Ginger chai and one special chai ,,,
He bring 4 chai ,,, very clearly we ordered but I don’t know what’s wrong ,,,
Again disappointed 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
The taste was worst ,,, they don’t even know how to make a simple chai also 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Totally disappointed
I asked for sugar ,,, they said we don’t have sugar ,,, they answered if you want sugar give me money I will buy from shop and give to you 😡😡😡
I will never ever recommend this place ,,, very bad service 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

We arrived late at night to Bukhara and went out straight for dinner. A place where we 1st wanted to go was busy so kept going and arrived here at Art restaurant. I expected this to be tricky cafe, but we were too tired to continue. There were only us in the whole restaurant. We ordered a bottle of terrible white local whine for 17$ 250gr of local vodka for 13$ and 2 portions of vaguri (lamb with fries) which was over fried and hard as result (( The total amount we paid was 64$, and of course as all cheaters do here, is they do not accept credit cards. Only cash, that lets them cheat and avoid tax payments. Please do your best and find the strength to run away...

We stumbled in here for lunch during a dust storm, looking for vegetarian food. Many other cafes and restaurants were closed as it was both nowruz and Ramadan.
Though the place was relatively empty, they seated us in a private room and we were given nice service. We had vegetarian plov, lagman and somsa, as well as a jug of cold ayran, which was perfect after coming in from the hot sun.
The food was on the oily side and honestly not fantastic, but it's hard to find veg food in Bukhara and the service and atmosphere...
