I was heading home from the concert at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan and getting closer to Hammersmith Bar I started to have a feeling of lacking some beer… So I stopped and went in. The year tables and the 1st floor were fully booked, so they leaded me to the basement. The phone is hardly working there, but they provide you with WiFi, that is good. I made an order of 3*33 just to taste 3 different beer and added some nuts. I liked the 1st beer in the beer menu line, the rest 2 weren’t good to me. I spent around an hours and half and had a great time. By that time the basement table were already full too. What a good KPI for Tuesday evening. Read moreBear was okay but pork ribs were impossible to eat i only had one slice and asked them to take it away and to tell me what to do very politely. We were basically smiling to them that all was good but we cant have this dish and we would liked not to pay for it as it was not touched. Couple of waiters were back and forth asking the same questions and than the manager came front.
They wouldn’t even consider not paying for it or maybe having a discount because I was still hungry!!!
They said chef tasted it and he said there was nothing wrong with it and that was their standard. We even met chef looking in our eyes saying that it was good and explaining how pork tastes. We know how pork tastes thats why we ordered it.
At the end there was no point of arguing as these peoples only mission was to get the money so we paid.

Read moreMy last experience to this place was a disaster. Waiters were not effective and serving time exceeded more than 20 min to get our drinks. And for appetizers to arrive it took 50 min. I was patient didn't want to spoil the evening..but..in the end I started loosing my patience. When I asked for a bill it took them another 20 min so I moved to the cashier myself and explained what had happened, that service was too bad and I asked to waive 20% which they usually add to the bill as a service charge :)
Guess what? That freaking cashier(I wish I never came up to her) with cold blooded face kindly asked me to get off lol
