Located at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent is the Uzbek restaurant Khiva

Interior contemporary, wiz a wiz the traditional expectation one might have from the pics on social media.

Service level , satisfactory.

We tried the Vegetable Somsa, which is like the Indian samosa just baked and subtle in taste .

Chicken tikka not an Uzbek dish but we craved something more spicy. However it wasn’t spicy.

Hyatt doesn’t maintain hygienic facilities for the common / lobby areas. Guess that’s why we didn’t stay...

Beef kebab was excellent, 4 or 5 pieces of clean juicy meat - big chunks! ❤️ Local Rosé wine was also very nice, I'd recommend it to the ones who prefer sweet and semi sweet wines.

It is one of the best restaurants I come across Tashkent city. Especially for vegetarians I will definitely recommend them as they have vegetarian plov and some more Indian vegetarian food like chana masala which they serve with rice , papad and chutney.
